Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jeff1020 Great Location, Great Service
My family was fortunate to spend a week in beautiful Naples. We struggled with renting a condo for a week or using a two-bedroom suite at Staybridge. We made a great choice by staying at the Staybridge.
The Staybridge is perfectly located near the beach, grocery and fine restaurants. The local publc beach "Clam Pass" provided the perfect location for my two daughters, aged 13 and 11. The morning breakfast and evening meals were a welcome rest for the family. One thing they need to fix is the need for kids and adults to go out to the bar to get beverages. It was often crowded and difficult to get through the "happy hour" group.
In summary, great location for familites.

Often uncomfortable due to smoking policy. Second hand smoke is unhealthy and there are many children in the area.
No smoking policy should be implemented--it works at other facilities.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mare49 Newly renovated rooms
This is may be my 5th time at this hotel. Love it each time. This time I vacationed with my two teenaged grandchildren. We had one of the newly renovated rooms on the second floor. Love the new decor. The one thing I did not care for however, was the very very high island in the kitchen area. I'm very short and it was not very useful or user friendly given it's height or the height of the 2 chairs to side in. Other than that the room is great. Service is wonderful, staff very friendly and ready to do whatever is needed to make our stay memorable. Found out that if you are going to the beach and don't want to sit on towels or blanket, just go to the front desk and ask for beach chairs. There are plenty and free. As always breakfast is plentiful and satisfying. Pool is clean, kids had a ball. Will probably be back in the fall for another vacation. Love, love, love this place.

During my stay I was constantly reminded of what great service is.
Everyone smiled and seems truly happy to help in any way. The Hotel seems well cared for and looks freshly remodled.
I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Naples

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by rockpark189 Excellent and Friendly Inn
This is the second time we have stayed at this inn. We found all services to be excellent for a midlevel hotel. Some improvements might be-1. Breakfast area was always very crowded. Perhaps due to unseasonable cool weather fewer guests were eating outside but finding a table inside was very difficult. 2. The exercise room was inadequate. There was no elipitical machine on this stay. (There was on our first stay) There were three treadmills of which one did not work. Hotel should update their machines.
I would stay at this hotel again if they updated their exercise room. If you don't use this feature of the hotel I would absolutely recommend this establishment.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Angie1960 Nice place!
Overall, I would recommend this accomodation for your stay in Naples...nice location....a little pricey but I guess it was high season when we were down from Feb. 27- March 2.
Breakfast was good but they could change up the menu a little from day to day. Can't ask for much since it is included with your stay. The Chickee Bar was good but they should put out some snacks to go with your drinks. Also from Tues to Thurs from 5:30 to ? I forget they offered free hamburgers & snacks plus free beer/wine. That was a perk! Suites are clean and the mini kitchette comes in handy with full fridge & mini stovetop.
I would come back!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tinamaria987 Great location, convenient amenities!
We were so completely happy with our stay at Staybridge Suites, we will definitely stay there again when in Naples. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The pool was warm [it was February] and the other guests were nicely social and very kind to our two young boys. We enjoyed the convenience of the breakfast bar daily [loved the waffles!] and were able to take advantage of the free dinner one of the nights also. The free laundry machines were an added bonus also. All in all, we were thankful for a hotel that exceeded our expectations!

We spent 3 nights here and are happy to report that it was a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative I would point out was the hot tub by the pool area was dirty due to trees being trimmed up earlier in the day around the pool area. It would have been nice if a hotel employee would have covered it while the trimming was taking place.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Superb!
My check in was very slick and completely painless, which was marvelous, and very much appreciated, at the end of a very long and tiring journey.
Although I was in Naples on business, I arrived on Saturday night and had Sunday free before a series of intense business meetings commenced early on Monday morning. On Sunday, I went for a pre-breakfast run down to Clam Pass Park and back. There is a walkway, built and maintained by Collier County, which starts about a mile from the hotel and takes you down through a mangrove swamp to the beautiful silver sands beach. The return trip is 6 km and is a very enjoyable route.
After breakfast, I decided to go to Naples zoo.which I had visited five years previously. It is, in my opinion, one of Naples' premier attractions. It is well maintained. There are lots of keeper-led events throughout the day, and the zoo supports many conservation projects. If you are staying in Naples, the zoo is not to be missed.
To get to the zoo, I used the CAT bus, which costs $1.50 to any destination. I was guided on timings and routes by a very pleasant lady on the front desk (who I am not allowed to name in my review). She was very helpful with advice on the bus system and throughout my stay at the hotel.
The other member of hotel staff who deserves very special mention is also not allowed to be named in my review, also on the reception front desk. This lady is a shining light and an excellent representative of the hotel. Not only did she provide me with friendly, helpful advice throughout my stay, but I observed her efficiency and welcoming approach with many other guests and callers into the switchboard. Her efficiency amazed me, and her service was always accompanied by a beautiful smile and she made every single guest and enquirer feel that they were special and that their needs were paramount. In American sporting terms, she would win the MVP award every time!
All in all, I have no complaints about my stay at Staybridge Suites Hotel Naples, and I would definitely settle for nothing less on future trips to the city.

We stayed for a long weekend. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice kitchenette. Supermarket and a few restaurants were within walking distance. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. Pool area was resort-like. Tiki bar was a nice touch. The only thing that was not expected had to do with housekeeping. A sign in the room said housekeeping on the weekend for short-term guests was only upon request. We didn't request it and neglected to take down the Do-Not-Disturb sign, then received a note saying Housekeeping stopped by but didn't come in because of the sign. Other than than, we'd highly recommend it.

We used points to stay and it was well worth it. I do not like to give reviews of the places we like. I do not like to let the cat out of the bag. A big shout out also to Nadja for the great room she was able to get us!! If you are in the Naples area, this is the place. Great breakfast. Now if the HI expresses would do something about the breakfast there.....

The staff at Staybridge Suites Naples are absolutely fantastic! They catered to our every need and every one greeted us with a big smile. They even gave our daughter a birthday present! Such caring people. The room and bed were very comfortable. The social nights are fun and the food is good. We loved sitting by the fireplace. We will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Naples!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 2drivers Updated room but dirty /smelly hotel
Checked in for what was to be a 2 week stay because of a
problem with our Condo on the beach, where we reside year round.
Our room was one of the updated ones in a convienient location and we felt this would be "home" for the duration.
Upon check in the room had a strong perfume /room deoderant smell
which was too strong, but we felt it would eventually fade away. It did.
By the 3rd evening the odor of DOG was so strong we slept with the window open, and by morning it was so bad we relocated to another Hotel where we are still in residence and will be for a total of 9 additional days after leaving the Staybridge.
This Hotel also excepts pets, however there is NO smell and the Hotel is by far cleaner and much more satisfactory.
We spent 2 months traveling the 4 corners of the U.S. this summer and did stay at several Staybrige Suites which were pleasant experiences.
This one was not.

I stayed here twice on business trips. The breakfasts were great, with lots of choices included. There is even free food some evenings, which was really convenient. Brewed ice tea and coffee is available all day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very nice pool area with a tiki bar and tables, where you can eat outside (weather permitting). Great place at a reasonable cost.

We had stayed here before and am so glad that we went back. We were with our soccer team and they are so understanding and accommodating to our needs and our sometimes "overly active" kids. They encouraged them to have fun, and therefore the boys were very respectful of the guests and the staff.
The pool side bar is THE BEST!!
Thank you so much for the GREAT weekend.
I have a degree in Hospitality and Tourism...so I am pretty hard to please!! GREAT JOB!!

Hotel is very reasonable. Close to water, shops, and plenty of dining. Must try the tiki bar outside, what a great group of guests and locals.
Hotel is currently under construction, so be prepared for drills and pounding during they day.
Breakfast is just ok, had better at most other hotels.
