I have stayed at this hotel over 50 nights in the past few years and have always enjoyed my stay, however my first day at the hotel this time, the housekeeping department neglected to clean my room. I confronted the desk manager who stated if I had left one of their door magnets on the door handle the. The maids would not enter the room. I assured him no such magnets were on the door. This was at 4:15pm and for that day I never did get and maid service. At 5:00pm I sat in the lobby and watched all of the maids leave for the day and the manager never even attempted to correct this issue. I will think twice before I book another stay at this hotel.

Excellent facility and staff. I enjoyed my stay. However, the only problem that I had was in regards to their credit card processing policy. At check in the front desk clerk did not charge my card for my full stay which was made available to them. They stated that since this was a long-term stay that they would bill me ever two weeks and thereafter. I was contacted by my bank that they were billing my credit card every day for two months straight ranging from $6,000-$3,000 for a pre-authorization for the entire stay. I mentioned this activity to the front desk and they stated that they would stop performing this activity on a daily basis. They never stopped. I decided to leave after two months. Just make sure that they bill you upfront to avoid this type of harrassment.

Delightful room, good shower, quiet, comfortable and roomy. Great breakfast buffet too. Will definitely make this our hotel when we are in the area.

We stayed at Staybridge Rocklin/Roseville back in December 2012 over the holidays. The price of the room was great, the hotel was nice, beds fairly comfortable as hotel beds go.
So when we happened to come back through to visit family again we decided to try it again. The rooms rates were comparable or slightly lower than some of the other hotels in the area. The staff are friendly, rooms well kept. We'd been on the road for a week staying in different hotels every night. There was only one other hotel besides this one where the beds were comfortable.
Needless to say, Staybridge is our Inn of choice when we are in the Roseville area visiting our family. We will be back!

Everything about the hotel was 5 stars accept the staff at the front desk. At 5 in the morning the smoke alarm battery was dying so it started to loudly beep every minute or so. We called the front desk so they could have someone come and fix it. We waited and waited but no one came. I closed the doors to our room and stuck a pillow under the door to try and deaden the sound in the main living area but it still was very loud. My husband was able to sleep but I did not. At 8 when we started to get ready to get in the shower I called the front desk again and told them of the constant beeping. He could hear it as I was on the phone with him. He said he will take note of it. Soooo??? I had to sit and listen to beeping for 3 hours in the middle of the night and now I have to hear it for another hour as I get ready? He said the night shift should have given us a battery and I guess a 20 foot ladder cuz if it was easy as pulling out the battery I would have, but the alarm was at the top of the vaulted ceiling. They ended up giving us $25 off our bill. My sleep meant more to me than $25, but they didn't seem to get it.

This hotel surprised me with the excellent service they provided. Everything met expectations and then some!! As a platinum member, I very much appreciated the room upgrade upon check in. Complimentary breakfast was as good as it can get. Enjoy the indoor pool and I love it how it was seperate and not near any rooms as we had kids that were quite loud while swimming so no one was disturbed. Our 3 night stay was definately a home away from home. Will definately be returning!

We stayed here with my daughter's soccer team based on convenience to tournament. The rooms were nice, clean and beds comfortable, but what was the best was the helpfulness of the staff (particularly Scott at the front desk). We had a team of girls in and out and he made our stay easy. Would definitely recommend it.
