Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 2nd Look This was our second time here within a two month period. The staff is still so great, everyone is friendly and wants to make sure guests are happy. Only thing that bothered us this time was that the doors all slam shut on the rooms. Last time we left early in mornings for softball tournaments, this time we had late games so we left room around 9:00. Doors are slamming at 6:30 to 7:00 AM. My recommendation would be to put real door closers on the doors, or remove one of the two self closing hinges on the doors to rooms. Those doors would probably shut fine with one self closing hinge and the rest regular hinges, if not then put real door closers on them. We would not let this keep us from staying again though, because customer service is more important and this place is all about customer service, not to mention good location. 17 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home Away From Home The staff at this hotel are very warm and courteous. Rooms are clean and very accommodating with the kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to sleep very well, esp with the blackout curtains. Breakfast in the morning was very good. My kids loved the waffles. Overall, a very warm, welcoming and comfortable hotel. We will stay here again when we have a tournament in Roseville. Thank you very much! 13 November 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good nights stay and then some This is my second weeklong business stay within the past 7 weeks. I noticed a couple of patterns: 1) Soap was provided once during my entire stay for both visits. It seems like they meter soap. Either bring your own soap or stay at another hotel. 2) Guest laundry facility is a nice amenity if you find a way to seize a washer and dryer from the hotel staff. Their fitness facility co-shares space with the laundry room where I observed this pattern every morning including weekends (staff would go in and set their laundry and take off to work on the guest rooms occupying the machines until their break). 10 November 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by interrupted sleep had problems with room 210..noise as there was a locomotive like sound coming thru walls and being transfered thu headboard to me. This began ~8:30p and would last alnight long, disallowing sleep. Second night I slept with head at foot of bed and noise was more tolerable. Hotel was completely filledup which disallowed a room change. 30 October 2014
