    Hotel was okay, but pets were in the dining area when breakfast was being served. The guest next to me were feeding their pets from the buffet/

    Hello, I'm so sorry to hear that one of our guests brought a pet into the great room. I understand we asked them to remove it from the area immediately. Unfortunately, guests here sometimes are so comfortable, that they treat the great room as their own living room. I apologize again, thanks very much for the feedback!     Was very impressed with this hotel ,very hardworking staff.Nicole was great at check-in and breakfast staff was very hardworking and helpful.Room was very clean and tidy.WiFi was working perfectly.Afternoon reception had great choice of food..loved it
