Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by At home I have come to really enjoy these sites. Ive always been an Express guy for over 20 yrs. From the time I walk in till the time I check out, I just feel very at home. The staff and the way that the hotel is set up and the mid week dinner time offerings are a really great way to hang out and chat with new people, Often when I get done for the day, I may not feel like chatting, but I always seem to do so once I get settled in the dining room. There are lots of amenities such as the Pantry, exercise room, and the laundry that I just usually dont use, but they are there. Thats the important thing of note, they have pretty much anything you might need, long stay, or short. 17 October 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and very friendly Staff I needed a room for one night due to basement flooding in my house and the staff at the Schererville location were very attentive and helpful. The room was more than I expected and very homelike. I did not sleep very well but that was due to my dog not being comfortable in an unfamiliar enviorment and some noisy neighbors. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others. 15 October 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Did not meet our expectations! We stayed for a week here while visiting family etc. We saw the hotel being built as we had been staying in a hotel close by. I will keep this to the Pros/Cons listed but we did contact Customer Care and have not heard anything from them. The hotel is very new with NO hot tub, but does have an indoor pool that is COLD. The bathroom in the pool area is not finished (no towel dispenser, poor lighting). There is a nice outdoor seating area and fire pit. A movie room which was not working for a day or so. Fitness room and laundry room. The breakfast was good, but it is taken down very quickly without a friendly reminder that the time is up. It's location works for us to be near family and Rt. 30. They give out news papers for club members which they may had missed a day perhaps. The room was fairly clean, but for a brand new hotel attention to details like ceiling marks, door not painted properly, handle coming off cabinet doors are inexcusable while paying for a brand new hotel room!! We were not around for the social evening receptions that are listed on a piece of paper on the refrigerator. We will not stay at this facility again and due to no customer service the brand is almost dead to me now. Overall, very disappointing experience. 08 October 2014
