    Our stay was very short. The suite was very comfortable. The individual that greeted us was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay at a Staybridge if I should ever need a hotel again.

    We arrived after 3:00 to find that the room was not ready. There was a line in the lobby, and the woman behind the desk did nothing at all to check us in until housekeeping called down to report a room was finished. So, we stood there. And waited. And waited. She should have checked us in to get that complete and then texted or called when the room was ready and keys could be obtained. Bad attitude, bad service. The worst part was watching four extra employees come out of the room behind the desk, look around and retreat to the room. Why weren't they dealing with check-in or cleaning rooms??? We paid too much for the room, amenities and service provided. There are a number of hotels within five minutes of this place. Next time, we're staying down the road.

    Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. I apologize for your check in experience at the property. It was a very busy night for us, but I am not sure why the rooms were not ready. Unfortunately our system does not allow us to check in a guest if the room is not clean in the system. Our staff still could have taken your information down and contacted you when it was ready. I am not sure why there were employees in the back. All employees are trained on how to clean rooms, because that is the basis of our business. I noticed you do not want to be contacted by the hotel, so I understand your request for privacy, but felt I could respond to your online comments. Thank you again for taking the time to complete the survey. I am certainly going to use this information at our team meeting to address this with all staff, but specifically the team that worked that day.
