Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very pleasant experience I usually stay at Holiday Inn, thought I'd try this, was very pleased with room, service, cost, etc. December 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Room but................ We have stayed at this property many times for business. It's always met our expectations until this stay. Can't say anything about the room but the staff made us feel like we were an imposition to them. We thought that it was just a bad day for some of them so we left after our business was finished but had to come back to Augusta the next day. We decided to give the Staybridge another chance but nothing had changed. Left after our business was complete and three days later was back in Augusta at a different Hotel. We feel for the money that we pay we shouldn't feel like we are an imposition to this staff. We recommended this property to others simply for the location and ease of getting to things in Augusta. With a new attitude from the staff this would be a great property to stay at. December 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hospitality I love staying at this hotel. I have spent over 4 month in Augusta in 2014 and the Staybridge is my favorite place of the 5 hotels I have stayed in. December 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A more comfortable and conveinient option I travel for long periods of time for work, so I'm used to hotels and hotel rooms. The suites at Staybridge Suites are among the best. I get a price that my company will agree to pay without complaint, because it's an extended stay hotel. Plus, I get the full-service hotel feel with the breakfasts, dinners, social activities, and amenities. Overall, great place to stay. December 8, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and affordable Staybridge is a great hotel for the price. We booked one standard bedroom, and they filled up quickly. So we were upgraded with no additional charge. The breakfast was pretty good, and we had an easy time checking in and out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful bed and Great Staff We were in the Staybridge Suites Augusta for a month recently. Sherry, the General Manager, was a life saver for us many times during our stay. My husband came a week prior to my arrival and when I arrived, we realized the configuration of that room made it too small for two people. She quickly made arrangements for us to move to a more suitable suite for the two of us and located us in a corner room of the floor that afforded us total privacy and no noise at all even though the hotel was full several times during our stay. The Manager's Receptions were an opportunity to mingle with the guests and staff and were very enjoyable. The ladies on staff in the kitchen and the front desk quickly picked up on the fact my husband is the real Cookie Monster and they baked his own special plate of cookies each night the socials were held. Breakfast, as usual was delightful and the food served at the socials was prepared by both, one of the front desk ladies and the ladies who prepared and served the menu of the day each night. We enjoyed the light dinner meals each and every night. Soups were homemade and scrumptious, salad bar was well stocked and fresh and delicious each evening. The management staff at Staybridge Suites Augusta, Lisa, the Operations Manager, Sherry, the Front Desk Manager and all the ladies at the front desk really are superb at customer service and not only call you by your name each time you encounter them but ask every time you see them if there is anything they can do to make your stay more enjoyable. I would say that is a staff who cares. The owner of this franchise should feel very fortunate to have them all. December 4, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 2nd stay We have stayed at this property twice now. The 2-bedroom suite is perfect for our family as we travel. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling with a stop in Augusta. My only negative comment is that both times we've stayed there, the DVD player was inoperable. December 2, 2014
