Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Slept great and food was excellent! Really appreciated how quite the rooms were and how comfortable the beds were. All the staff was very helpful and the front desk especially. Very clean and the food was absolutely the best I have ever had at any place of lodging. Would like to see more sports channels available and the internet connection was a frustration but those issue were relatively minor. Had a great stay. I'll be back...... October 26, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Outdated - Needs TLC Hotel needs remodeling and the cleaning staff lacked pride in their efforts to clean the room. Front desk does not focus on helping; but is distracted. Bad water pressure and terrible ventlation. Could not control the heat or air conditioning. Front of room was hot, bedroom was cold and blew air directly on you, while in bed. October 24, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and good nights sleep The room was exactly what I needed after a 16 hour day at work. Great pillows, supportive mattress with peace and quiet. The wireless was slow as dial-up, but the rest of the facility was very clean. If you travel for work and have to stay over a weekend, you will not get breakfast if you have to be out early, this doesn't start until 7:30, which is a bit late for weekend business travelers. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bed/Pillows/Breakfast room Bed was fairly comfortable for a hotel. My wife did have some trouble sleeping one of our three nights mostly due to the pillows. It would be great to have a variety of pillow firmnesses available, even if it was only on request to the front desk. Breakfast was more than expected, however on Sunday morning there were no places to sit due to the crowd. Not sure what you would do about this since it's probably not feasible to have more dining space for just this time, but it was problematic for us to drag food and our 2 year old back up to our room to sit and eat, especially since our room was as far as possible from the dining area. overall this was my only real complaint and we were VERY impressed with our stay! thanks and keep up the good work!
