They will go out of their way to accomadate your needs. We have stayed at this property 3 times in the last 6 months and each stay has been perfect. We cannot say enough good things about the personnel at this hotel, The rooms are comfortable and clean. Most importantly, the hotel is quiet. We highly recommend this Staybridge! December 6, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Service! Lovely Hotel! We very much enjoyed our stay at the Stayridge Suites in Aurora/Naperville. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was just top-notch...very clean, inviting, and comfortable. And the bed? Oh my....I would have loved to have taken it home with me. Loved that mattress!! The full breakfast was wonderful....,much more than we were expecting. From scrambled eggs and ham to yummy waffles, fresh fruit, muffins, coffee cake...the variety of foods offered was very inviting. And delicious! We definitely plan to stay there again when we need a night away!! November 30, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to stay when in the area This is where I stay when I am in town. However, I understand that the owners are looking to switch brands to a different brand. I don't know what is going on with the IHG brands in the area, as they have lost both a Holiday Inn and a Holiday Inn Express in Joliet. I hope they don't lose this property too. I like it here. Alerted front desk and we were told that there was nothing that could be done. She further stated that there were no sheets because they knew the sofa bed was broken. November 16, 2014
