Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good location but badly maintained rooms As a business traveller, I like the location of the hotel close to my work place and to the Metra. Over the course of the years, the furniture has deteriorate considerably, however, is badly maintained, apparently never replaced and stained to the point where I feel disgusted. Okay for a couple of nights, not for longer stays anymore. August 25, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by We found this online and liked the price! Our car broke down in Naperville and we needed to spend the night until the repairs were done. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Tuffy's repair shop let us use their computer to find a hotel. This one was a great price. We have stayed at Staybridge Suites before and like everything about them. We especially like that they offer a bedroom separate from the rest of the room. The breakfast was very good with many choices, hot and cold. August 23, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Arrived at the hotel for a conference that was to start at hotel check in time. The staff were very accommodating in allowing an early check in. The facilities were adequate, but I would have liked an opportunity to have a storage closet. Although the hotel provides them, none were available. Perhaps a note that this feature is available during booking. August 21, 2014
