I stay at this hotel very often and it's always been great except this time the room was obviously not cleaned properly before I checked in. There were lots of ashes between the bed and the night stand. That could have and should have been easily vacuumed. This ruined my experience because now I wonder what else was not cleaned well.

We have stayed at the Staybridge Suites, Aurora IL many times. The condition of room 106 was terrible The bedroom door had 2 holes punched in it, the living room sheers were in tatters, the crisper drawer in the fridge had no top, the chair in the living room was missing (they did replace it after I called)
The pool was shut down........our grandchildren did not get to swim.
It was a VERY disappointing visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites in Aurora, Illinois. It was our first time at a Staybridge, and we will definitely be looking for them from now on when we travel. Great place at a very reasonable price.

The staff at the Aurora / Naperville location are great. They are willing to do whatever they can to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are clean. The problem is with the upkeep of the equipment. I have had to move from rooms twice that I have just checked into because the air conditioner does work. The tread mills in the exercise room only work about half the time. One tread mill has not worked correctly for weeks.
This hotel is always full. My assumption is that as long is the hotel is full, you do not have to focus on the little things, because the rooms will be occupied anyway. It is funny how competition can change that thought process over time. Once again, you have a great staff of people at this hotel, just don't lose sight of the little things.

The hotel was nice, clean and comfoortable. The hot tub was great the first day until the hotel was overrun with kids and they swam in the hot tub and made it unusable for other guests. When we complained hotel staff said, "they do that all the time."

We stay at 10 different Staybridge properties throughout the year
on a frequent basis. The food preparation and selection is well below the quality level of most Staybridge Suites. Go to the South Milwaukee Staybridge to see how to run the business. The lady that runs it should be put in charge of Kitchen Quality Control and training for the Corporation.. Housekeeping is now going down hill as well. Today we had no bedspread and floor had not been carefully swept.
It only takes new management to fix these problems.,
We will continue to stay at this location but hope some changes can be made. Overall, considering the chain Staybridge is the best !

We walked in the room and the first thing we saw was a lamp shade that was hanging on the lamp all torn up. We looked around and there was not a lamp shade in the room worth using. ALL the walls were either marked up or dirty. The upholstery was all dirty. The bathroom didn't even have a holder, was missing, to keep the toilet paper on. The bathroom door was filthy and busted in. There was a bottle cap laying on the mattress under the sheet, had to remove it. It goes on and on. I let the check out lady know about this and let her know that if I was them I would not try using the room again until it was over hauled. You may be thinking why did we even stay? Because we had a 3 year old and a 6 year old with us and it was 7:30 at night. Too late to be looking for another place to stay. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!! The room NEVER should of been used.
