We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff from the shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport to the wonderful housekeepers, front desk staff, and kitchen staff. Everyone was happy and positive, always smiling, giving every indication that they loved their jobs and took pride in providing excellent customer service. We enjoyed the Socials Tuesday through Thursday and breakfasts were fresh and delicious daily. We highly recommend Staybridge and will definitely stay there again if we come back to Austin. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy Room Access With your electronic door key, there are about six to eight entrances that allow easy access from your vehicle into the property. The elevator placement allows a quick trip into and out of the property to your assigned suite. Unlike some properties that make you make a luggage marathon to get from your vehicle to your suite, this property makes it so easy to get into and out of the property for a card key holder. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not Up to Par for Staybridge Staff was ho-hum, especially in breakfast area. Our room showed very high traffic problems: office chair was cracked and the coating had peeled off; the walls were dirty and scuffed, needed to be repainted again (you could see terrible touch-ups and mismatched paint); both mattresses on queen bed and pull-out were completely worn out (queen bed had a huge hole in the middle); worst of all, it was cold and ac/heater unit didn't work. Very disappointed in this Staybridge since we usually love staying with them. :( December 4, 2014
