I cannot praise the Staybridge Inn & Suites at Bowling Green, KY highly enough. The comfort, cleanliness, and homey feeling of the facility was outstanding, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Excellent experience and will definitely stay there again!

We were checked in by someone preparing to go home who didn't want to bother with us. Later I asked a different employee for directions to a restaurant. She said she'd never heard of it and didn't try to find the information. At breakfast we heard a third employee being loudly rude to a phone customer. The accommodations were lovely, the breakfast ok, and the employees unfortunately rude and useless

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mama3 Clean, great value
Though we only stayed one night while moving our daughter into her college dorm, I can say I was impressed by the overall cleanness, great amenities of a full kitchen and spacious lounging areas, and the friendly staff. Front desk person was very efficient and friendly. The weather wasn't very nice, but the outside facilities would have been nice to hang out by also with the fire pit and pool.

I get the concept of your facility. I have already booked another stay. I like the value for the price. The simplicty and quaility are good. Breakfast better than in similar hotels in your price point. It did bother me that for the entire weekend the elevator was not cleaned. A small detail, but the floor was fairly dirty. It just gave the impression of neglect. If you think about it, that is one of your main focal points. I would think that the resources saved on daily traditional room service could be redirected to exemplary maintence of the common areas.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cathyk Made a key card to my room for an authorized person
The room was fine and bed comfortable. And the suite setup was great for traveling with my parents. But the BIG problem was that the front desk made a key card to our room for my niece because she wanted something in there. She could've been anyone telling them a story. They very handily just have her a key because she asked. This is a Huge Breech of security and trust and integrity. My niece was proud she could get in the room so easily. (That's a whole other issue...) When I told the customer service manager, she apologized, but didn't seem terribly bothered. I wouldn't trust these people again.

Staybridge BG what a great surprise. 1st time at Staybridge, won't be the last. Clean, spacious, comfortable, utilitarian, and reasonable. Had everything we wanted. Did I mention the best pet friendly hotel, ever?

We have stayed at many places during our travels. The Staybridge Suites in Bowling Green is by far on the top of the list as one of the best. No disappointment with anything. If you are thinking about another hotel in the area, forget them.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by dmr217 Excellent place - small couch
We stayed here last weekend for a wedding. It was a wonderful experience! The hotel was very clean and still had that new carpet smell. Check in and check out were very easy and the front desk answered all the questions we had at different times.
The room was great and had all the comforts of home. My only complaint was the small fold out couch. We got a king suite and had planned for both of my kids to sleep on the fold out bed. The end of the couch is a chaise lounge so the part that folds out is very small (slightly bigger than a twin bed). Luckily, my son is small enough, he was able to sleep on the chaise part of the couch but it wasn't very comfortable. They also don't have roll away beds available. The hotel was completely booked so we couldn't switch for the 2nd night. We were about to make it work but wish they would have mentioned this when I asked about the couch when booking the room.
The pool area was very nice and they were great about bringing out more towels as needed. We had several other families staying there with us so it was great to have a place to sit and visit.
Also, the breakfast was perfect with many options. The two ladies working the breakfast area did a phenomenal job at keeping everything well stocked and cleaning up.
I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again this fall!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bizytraveler Great hotel for family as well as business
This hotel is very nice. Rooms were large, well decorated, comfortable, and clean.
Staff was courteous and free hot breakfast was better than most similar priced hotels.
Outdoor pool was fun, though there were a large number of crickets that tended to jump into the pool and this created a bit of a pool cleanliness issue.
Overall, this was a great hotel experience.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Palmerclan01 Beautiful suite well appointed
Unfortunately only able to stay one night at this hotel while travelling through to Nashville and Memphis. We were travelling with our special needs children and were very pleased with our two bedroom suite. New and well appointed. Not ready when we got there but the reception lady was very apologetic and sincere. Within 1/2 hour had our room ready. Very nice outdoor pool. However (there is always something isn't there) we were not very pleased with the complementary breakfast. Had ran out of food when we arrived, other than cereal. They eventually came with quiche. Later got scrambled eggs but no meat offered. That being said, we found the hotel very comfortable and clean and accommodating. Would definately stay at this hotel in future, maybe breakfast will be better next time.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by PropertyManager The only place to stay in B.G.
I frequent the city of Bowling Green several times a month on business. I have tried other hotels in the area and none compare to this Staybridge location. Is it perfect? No. They will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Just like at other chains you will have that occasional person who makes more noise than you care for but the cleanliness of the room, the condition of the property, and the attention the staff give to your needs outweigh the occasional noisy guest.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by AngieBG Great Hotel and wonderful stay.
I would have givien the hotel a 4.5 star if possible, the only reason I would take a half star away is because housekeeping did not always make sure we had an extra roll of toliet paper and it was hit or miss if some or any of the beds were made when they came in daily to put in fresh towels, empty trash, make beds, etc. The hotel overall was excellent and a great value for the money. We had a wonderful week stay and hope to stay here again when we visit next year. The hotel was clean, the breakfast good and the pool was nice. It would be nice if hot cocoa was available with the coffee and tea, neither my husband or I dirink coffee or tea, we bought our own at Kroger and brought it to breakfast with us and used the hotels hot water (fthat was provided for tea). The room I originally researved (before the hotel even opened in Nov or Dec) was not available when we got there, but the staff had already fixed the problem and upgraded our room, which by the way we loved and want that same room next year even though it costs more. The hotel is central and easy to get to everything.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by iamqueenme Very nice & new place to stay in Bowling Green
There were just a few issues during our stay, but overall, hotel is very nice, staff is good & rooms are comfortable. Despite having asked for a quiet room, on the 3rd night of our stay, the staff had put a very noisy group into the room next to us. Had the hotel been even close to full (as it had been on the previous two nights) that would have been understandable. However, that was not the case. The hotel wasn't even half filled on our 3rd night, absolutely no reason to put anyone at all, let alone a noisy group of people, into the room next to us. Very unfortunate choice of the staff to do so. Other than that, the two other problems that had arisen within our room (lack of a hairdryer on arrival & leaking toilet tank on 2nd day) were both handled well & promptly. Not the cheapest place to stay in Bowling Green, but definitely a nice & new one. I hope that they keep it up, so that it is still as nice to stay there in the future as it was now, when it is a mere 6 months old! Also, the FREE to use laundry facilities, conveniently located next/attached to their terrific exercise room were WONDERFUL & greatly appreciated!

Visited Bowling Green for a three night stay to watch the Lansing Lugnuts and Bowling Green Hot Rods. The rooms were very nice. We stayed in a two bedroom suite that was just what we needed while traveling with two couples. The breakfasts were above average and the staff excellent. Would stay here again without quesiton!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by C5Vette Great Room and People
The room was great and so were the people working there. Breakfast was very good, and plentiful.
But as another guest had found that the GPS may get you to the wrong place. As we headed out of town we decided that the GPS was wrong, but looked and found that it was taking us to 380 N Campbell Road our only Campbell choice ... not Lane. Found that the zip code would not work and needed to put Bowling Green in and then picked the 700 Campbell Lane address (Walgreen's) and got to the motel very well. It is a GPS problem not a motel problem. I even had just updated the software the day before.
Oh well, best to always get a map of the area you are going to to back up a GPS that sometimes is not correct.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Joanlb Brand New and Delightful
This Staybridge is brand new and delightful. We had a 2 bedroom unit and it even had two baths/showers. The hotel was completely booked and yet it was still very quiet in the rooms. The pool area was immaculate.
The free breakfast was delicious and fresh. It had something for the waffle lover and also if you wanted to eat a bit lighter. Breakfast pizza was amazing. They also have cookouts and social hours but we were not able to make one of these.
There are many good restaurants near by in walking distance. In addition, there is a Kroger Grocery store if you wanted to stock the refrigerator and a Walgreens.
The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great place.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Steve0647 Good experience once I got to the hotel
My experience with Staybridge has been favorable in the past, but I have one large gripe with this visit to the Bowling Green hotel. All of the communications I received from Staybridge listed the address of the hotel as 680 Campbell Lane. I was hot, tired and late getting out of the Hot Rod Reunion at Beech Bend. I put the address in my GPS and 20 minutes later I was at the address which was absolutely in the middle of NOWHERE! I would be very concerned for a woman traveling alone and having this happen to her! I thought my GPS was outdated so I tried using the GPS on my cell phone and was taken to another location. This time it was in a populated area, but at an intersection not in a good part of town. Once I called the front desk they gave me a totally different address on Nashville Road that took me directly to the hotel. They said this happens all the time and they have been trying to get it fixed since OCTOBER!!! This hotel would have gotten good marks if it weren't for this problem, but there is no excuse for this problem.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Blairgasman First and maybe last stay.
I stayed at Bowling Green, KY for 5 nights while on business. The property was very nice. The staff at the desk was VERY nice and helpful. The problem was the housekeeping staff. I understand it is set up to save money by not having full service daily. No issues with that but they didn't even pick up dirty towels or washcloths and when they did they didn't replace them. The breakfast staff were great but the food was poor. Sorry for the review but I had high hopes for the property and was disappointed.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Olddawg31 Many problems encountered by myself and others.
The high point was when the representative answered the phone. It went downhill from there. I was lied to when making reservations. I was informed that what style suites I requested were not available and the block of reservations were all taken ( found to be definitely not true). I later found out from other group members that what I was unable to reserve was told was not available, but they were able to obtain later without any problem. I was told I would be automatically upgraded if there were any cancellations which never happened. Also, I informed them the suites I desired need to be ample for 5 adults and 4 children. She ignored the fact of the children and gave me (2 for 2 nights and 1 for one night) studio suites and then later told me they had pull out sofas the children could use. When we checked in we were told different, there were no pull-out sofas in the rooms. In other words we were stuck with 2 rooms with a queen bed apiece for 4 adults and 4 children. When we tried to obtain blankets to cover the children as they had to sleep on the sofas and floor we were given 1 blanket for 4 children. We tried to obtain towels and washcloths and they were never supplied. WE had to use handtowels and washcloths to dry off after showers. Others had more severe problems including the brides room had a stopped up toilet they reported that was not given any attention. They had to go out and buy a plunger when they returned to their room that night and fix it themselves. All in all the experience was probably the worst I have ever experienced.
The staff made no attempt to make anything right.
I now question whether now to ever use any of the IHG facilities if this is their new standard of care. (During the reservation process I was also high-pressured by a salesman in an attempt to sell me a Holiday Inn package I neither needed or wanted.

The only thing that was bad was the vent in the bedroom would blow on you no matter what you did. We had to turn off the air and then turn it back on to cool the room. Otherwise the room was just great. I loved the decor and having the small kitchen and seperate bedroom was a plus. Would reccomend the hotel to anyone. Also, very close to any restuarant you would like and shopping also. We had a very enjoyable stay!!!
