Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and very hospitallity I know this hotel now since many years. I never had during my stay any problem in this hotel. Only the new rule for using the facilities of Intercontinental I dislike very much. There should be a membership for frequent guests for a reasonable price. Guest like me can only use the poolside of Intercontinental for the weekend. So there should be a weekend rate. February 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by True Slogan "More Like a Home" My experience with Stay Bridge City Stars goes back for around two years, since I booked there the irst time, Stay Bridge is my residency in every trip to Cairo even if I am attending a function in other hotels, I would spend some time in Stay Bridge also. The more like home feeling is true, the staff starting from the gate security, to the bell boys, the reception desk and the housekeeping are really great and made me always feel like being home. I wouldnt state names as I would fear to forget any one, but without exception, truly Stay Brdige City Stars staff are awsome, the reception desk are the best among the hotels I have been to, and I have been to almost all of the top hotels around the world from 3 stars up to five stars plus and boutique hotels, Stay Bridge City Stars reception desk staff make mee feel like their elder brother and not a guest, with their care to the tiniest details and worm welcome. My reser4vation, check in and check out experiences have been always very satisfactory. February 8, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by In need of rennovation and cleanliness Carpet is stained and overused. Sofa and chair in living are worn out. I had to ask 3 times to get my shower water power adjusted. Master bedroom too small with no room for the second person to get off the bed. Additionally closet is very small when compared to the other rooms. Shower glass from the bottom is not clean, probably from lack of cleaning. I doubt that the shower floor was even cleaned prior to our arrival. General cleaning was limited to throwing away the garbage. Although we are clean, we started to realize small particals on the carpet and the floor after a few days due to lack of cleaning. The tables were all full of dust and when we complained a couple of times they came and cleaned the top while one could see that the shelves under the TV were still full of dust. We had to ask for towels 7 times during our 10 day stay. They would come and remove the towels and not replace them. It was a desaster. I will not go back again. Breakfast was over early and therefore never made use of it. February 4, 2014

StayBridge is one of the best places I have ever stayed in, not only because of the place but also because of the wonderful staff. I will always stay in StayBridge.
