Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very friendly, attentive staff The food was the only negative part of the stay at this hotel. It was good, but could use more variety and quantity. The channel selection on the TV was good, but sometimes you had to turn it on and off several times for it to come on properly. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my every need and request. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room and bathroom stayed clean. December 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Really enjoyed staying here. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Along with the normal coffee most hotels provide in the room. The kitchen here had complimentary bottles of water and popcorn. It also is within walking distance of some good restaurants and bars. The staff was all pleasant and helpful, really only have good things to say about our stay. December 3, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Reno & Great Front Desk Staff! Overall the stay was pretty good! The front desk that was excellent and very attentive to needs (especially Cassandra)! Alvin at the social hour was great as well- always proactive with the guests in the evening. A couple of the problems that we experienced- The first and foremost was not having the washers and dryers available. After understanding that they were waiting for corporate to approve, and that the front desk would offer to do them, it resolved the issue however still a bit inconvenient. The Ice maker in the suite was another issue- and I have a working the day we checked in to the day we checked out. However the front desk was very helpful and providing ice for us when we needed it. There were also a few days that we did not receive the light cleaning services (no DND's on the door). Even after talking to the front desk one or two days were still messed after that but eventually it was rectified. Overall we truly appreciate the hospitality and the customer service stuff he issues that need to be addressed. November 23, 2014

I really love the spacious units... better than being in a tiny room of other comparable hotels. Loved the fact that complimentary dinner with wine/beer was also served on a few days of the week, that really exceeded my expectations and added to my satisfaction.
