Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Stay!! Clean Clean Clean!!! The hotel is only two months old and it's fantastic. The common areas are nicely appointed and so are the suites. The mattress was firm but very comfortable. I love the in room kitchen and the separate sitting area. No complaints whatsoever. i wish I could have stayed longer because it's one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in recently. First class!!!!!!! October 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This Staybridge was beyond anything I expected. I am an employee of IHG hotels I was in Chandler, AZ for a week long training. I choose this Hotel over the Resort that was hosting the training because it was new the rate was incredibly better and I new breakfast would be included. This was my first experience with the Staybridge Brand and I fell in love.. The rooms are spacious and all the bells and whistles. The kitchen stocked completely with all the necessities IE..Dishes, silverware, pots pans, glasses, coffee cups. and a dishwasher, I discovered the evening dinner was served and it was so nice to come back from a long day and not have to run and eat and the money I saved I could shop at the cool outlet mall just minutes away. Everything was well maintained and the property is landscaped beautifully. The outside common area has a fire pit with tables and chairs and separate area with a covered area to dine outside.The pool and hot tub are both luxurious and refreshing.. The Free laundry is open 24 hours and it is tucked quietly downstairs, were the Great room that has a huge flat screen TV over the fireplace mantel. The open ceilings added to the spacious feel of the Hotel. a quiet area was available stocked with board games and a couch and TV to enjoy.My room was freshened up each day with clean towels and my bed was made. There is a pantry avail 24 hours a day. And the area is quiet in the evening. I want to thank the Staff at the Staybridge for taking very good care of me. I am usually so critical of hotels I stay at because I have worked in the industry for a while. This was a great experience.. October 20, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointing! We knew this was a new hotel but did not expect the problems we saw. Our room was a two bedroom suite that we shared with our daughter and grand-daughter. The doors to both bedrooms had an opening between the doors of about 1 inch allowing "peeking" to go on. The pillows on the sofa looked like they had been used for months--they were miss-sharpened and balled up. The small oven in the kitchen had a pan inside that was dirty. The moldings around the kitchen cabinets were not finished, and behind one of the bedroom doors the metal holders for the doors had not been finished off. The floors in the kitchen area were soiled , the bathroom shower door was spotted. We thought that some of these things may be due to the fact that it was recently opened--we asked the staff how long they had been opened--they told us 3 months. Long enough to get all the bugs worked out! Sorry for the bad review but I am just being honest about the conditions. October 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, super friendly staff, clean. We stayed at Staybridge Suites in Chandler for I night. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff and manager were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodate our every need. They were very nice to our kids. The rooms, hallway, and downstairs were very clean. Although we didn't have breakfast, it looked delicious. Coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!! Two thumbs up! October 9, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bathrooms are NOT cleaned between guests I stayed twice in this pretty much brand new hotel. The first time, my toilet was dirty (covered in another person's body hair). Fortunately, the front desk person came and cleaned the toilet for me. She was wonderful and should be paid extra for having to clean up herself. A few weeks later, I stayed again. This time I checked my toilet and it was okay. However, the next morning I got in the shower and found another person's hair as well as brown stains throughout the shower. I hope it was because someone had dyed their hair...but who knows what it was. I notified the front desk and asked them to please clean the bathroom while I was out on business for the day. They said they would and that the manager would give me a call. I gave them my cell phone number. I never received a call. When I got back in the evening, I saw that the hair had been removed from the shower and assumed it had been cleaned properly. Unfortunately the next morning when I took a shower, I found that the brown stains were still throughout the shower. I tried cleaning some of it using a washcloth and some bar soap and the stains came off...so if they had bothered to wipe down the shower at all it would have been cleaned quite easily. I gave them a second chance based on the front desk person (Pru) who was very nice and went above and beyond to correct the problem the first visit. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel staff do not care to clean the bathroom between guests. I will NEVER return to this hotel. October 7, 2014
