Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staybridge Chantilly - Fairfax = beautiful outside and not so good inside I had enough problems in my stay to not want to come back. And the main problem was that the staff was very unpolite and did not want to solve the problems I had until I asked to speak to a manager. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our home between two homes I had stayed at the Chantilly Staybridge Suites many times on business the past 10 years and always loved it. So when we sold our house in March to prepare for moving overseas in August, this was the perfect choice for our transition. Our two-room suite is perfect, just roomy enough and comes with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, two-burner stove, microwave and two TVs. Free breakfasts everyday include fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, cereal, a range of pancakes, omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausage and (yum!) bacon. They serve free dinner and free beer (you heard me: free beer) Tuesday through Thursday normally catered form local restaurants. The hotel is pet friendly, has a good fitness room, and a laundry room (again, free!) with 3 washers and 4 dryers. As if this isn't enough good will, the hotel hosts a Bingo night once a month with proceeds going to charities. Seriously? Who does that? What a great corporate citizen. On top of all this, there is one other lesser known feature that we have come to love these past 4 months. The hotel is home to 7 box turtles in an enclosed courtyard area. Everyday we get a kid-like thrill of looking for and counting up the turtles. It's made a strangely sweet and homey difference in our stay. And lastly, a big shout-out to the exceptional staff here. They're truly helped make Staybridge Suites Chantilly our home between two homes. August 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly Surprised For a last minute booking while we were stopped for food on our travels, we were not expecting much. My wife and I had simply planned on finding a halfway decent establishment that wasn't going to cost a lot for our brief overnighter. When we walked into our suite, both of us kept repeating "wow". The room was HUGE in regards to what we were expecting. We're so used to getting half the room for twice the cost! Everything was very well kept, well stocked, and in simply elegant. We immediately told each other that we would definitely be finding more Staybridge Suites to stay at when we're on the road. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. The rooms were amazing. Breakfast was well done. The entire facility was very clean and actually had a nice aroma throughout. We had no issues with noise from other guests or hotel equipment. Even the air conditioning was quiet. When we closed the curtains, the entire room was pitch black and we slept like babies. Phenomenal experience at this facility! August 14, 2014

Upon arrival, we found the trash cans at the front entrance over flowing and the this lobby men's restroom a mess including no toilet paper. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk I was assured the toilet paper would be replenished. Upon our return two hours later from dinner. Nothing had be done. The next morning I spoke with the Assistant General Manager who did have someone cleanup the restroom. The next day the same scenario, This time the Assistant General Manage provided only excuses and was argumentative. Keeping toilet paper in the restrooms is pretty basic hospitality, not lying to your quest is a basic courtesy, and arguing with your quest is unacceptable. We won't be back ! August 11, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by confusion on reservation Th manager was supposed to get back at me regardin gthe bill. I had a previous reservation that was cancelled but when rebooked, i was booked at a higher price. Dont pick room 131 because the room above it seems like a public room where there are constant noise every morning. Other than that complimentary dinner was awesome and breakfast in the morning was geat. The laundry facility was very good but I wish they had some kind of vending machine to sell laundry detergent. The staff was very helpful in giving directions. The courtesy shuttle drive was very good because they even showed me directions by letting me follow the shuttle so i can get to the right venue. The room I stayed in a was very well organized. TV was placed where no matter where you are at in the room, you can still see the TV. Kitchenette was good although, I never used it, it was still geat to have in case I had to cook something. August 3, 2014
