The staff did everything and MORE for us as it relates to our needs. The rooms were so very clean. We truly enjoyed our stay here. I really enjoyed the beds as well as the linens and the towels were great. The soap and the shampoo was some of the best I have ever experienced. All in all, A TRULY WONDERFUL place to stay... We mostly stay at ......... when traveling for the Microwave, fridge and free breakfast so we can get back on the road quickly. The last day of my stay, I had no place to go before flying home, and was feeling very ill. The front desk people allowed me to stay until 2pm at no additional cost. They were very understanding, and very friendly. Thanks again, and I would definetly recommend this hotel. Wonderful experience! December 10, 2014

Because I have become somewhat of a regular (2 x per month), they know my name ! They take great care of me and my groups that I bring in for meetings in Ballantyne and provide shuttle service to us when needed. They are a great partner in making my meetings successful! We thought the bathroom was too small for two persons and the varied schedules created sleep issues for us both because there is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom. December 3, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel Overall The hotel is very nice overall. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Be aware that the "kitchen" is very small. It only has two burners for the stove and no oven. Also, the parking for check in is not optimal. There is no temporary spot for check in by the front door. The only option is handicapped parking. The rest of your stay parking is fine though because there are multiple key card entry doors. November 30, 2014
