We had a very pleasant 3 night stay. The staff was cheerful, friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. We requested a quiet non-smoking, non-pet room due to allergies and were given exactly that.
The suite was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, however we brought our own pillows since hotel pillows are always too thick for us.
We enjoyed a complimetary dinner and several breakfasts while there. They were good but nothing made "from scratch"; all mixes, even the eggs and oj.
Overall though, it was great for the rate!
We would recommend this hotel and will go back if we are in the area again.

We use this property as a corporate destination for visitors to our Northridge facility. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with great rooms and breakfast and light dinner every day. The feedback that we get from our visitors is very good, and I also had the opportunity to stay a couple of nights as well. I highly rate this property.

I stayed here for a 4 night work related event and the hotel as a whole is fantastic. The exterior of the hotel doesn't really do it much justice because the inside of the lobby/dining area is beautiful. They had a new gym and I was able to use it at least 3 times (albeit there were no towels initially and I had to ask for some it was only because they had just recently opened it back up as it was remodeled) The room I stayed in was amazing. Felt like a small apartment. You have a living/dining area, a FULL kitchen and a separate door to the bedroom/bathroom. Beautiful layout and very appealing to the eye.
The only negative thing I can say is the walls are PAPER thin. I could hear my neighbors discussing people they had in there and someone was snoring VERY loudly one night. Also the person who greeted me and checked me in the first night was not super friendly and was a little rude. She finally was nice towards the end of the interaction and I think it was only because I was trying to kill her with kindness first.
Overall I would give this place 4 1/2 stars.

I stayed a lot of IGH hotels with my Priority Club Member. The. Hotel manager and the front desk lady didn't let me checking as a Priority Checked like other hotels until I signed the paper to change my name to match my priority Club name.
The wireless didn't work in my room. The room smelled breach, my room was noisy, the people upstairs woke up at 4AM. The manager showed no respect to me as a hotel guests

Newly renovated rooms. Nice color motifs. Feels like I'm in a classy apartment. Great staff... all front desk agents are very helpful and friendly. Thank you Roy, Jennie, Jennifer, Dilruba, Tenny & Ria for making our stay very comfortable. Great hospitality. :)

Friendly, efficient, competent, attentive staff. Great breakfast! Love the home away from home feel. My only complaint was the pillows--way too "fat" for me (I'm a stomach sleeper).

My family booked a last minute trip to the Rose Bowl and chose to stay here. This property was safe, immaculate, super-friendly, quiet, and was like a home away from home. Starting off each morning with a nice breakfast (a variety of hot and cold selections) to returning at the end of a day of sight-seeing or game day, this place was wonderful. My two college aged boys loved the hot tub, pool, work-out room, and multiple HD flat screen tv's. My family also greatly enjoyed the privacy of the two bedroom suite. Since it was our first trip to LA, the staff was extremely helpful with suggestions and directions. This property is north of the city but all of the main attractions and sites including Beverly Hills, Hollywood, LA live, Santa Monica and even Pasadena and the Rose Bowl parade and game were easily accessible from here. Traffic is ridiculous and you have to drive a lot to get to places but this property was well worth the few extra minutes of driving. In a high energy location of this size, it was nice to settle in and relax at night in a place you could call home.

I came in with my family to stay for only two days starting from Xmas day and ended up extending our stay by another three days!
Breakfast was good and room was comfortable. Surpisingly, we got shuttle assistance to and from the train station although this was not advertised on the website.
We felt the walkways and stairs required attention although this could well be due to reduced cleaning staff deployment during the Xmas holidays.
I recommend and would certainly use again.

I have been staying here weekly for almost 3 years for my job. The front desk staff is TERRIFIC. They greet me by name and are always friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Dilruba, Jennifer and Roy, they are my favorites. Dilruba goes out of her way to be sure I get my middle of the night wake up call---our little joke. I have always enjoyed the space of the rooms and the ability to cook and have kitchen facilities.
Since the remodel, everything is perfect. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The Sundowner menu has changed and is outstanding. I really like the new menu. As much as I don't like being away from home, this is truly like a second home to me because the staff is so pleasant and welcoming.
I am in the service business and I truly appreciate the commitment of the management staff and the employees to make the stay here as pleasant as possible. Thank you all!

We visit the Chatsworth Staybridge at least twice per year when we travel to the area to see our family and friends. It has become our "home away from home." The recent renovations are excellent, both in the rooms and common areas. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoy our stay very much every time!

I just returned from two week-long stays at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Very clean rooms with lots of quiet. The staff are approachable and quick to act. The adjacent room had an alarm clock going off one evening and within 3-5 minutes of calling to the front desk to let them know of the problem, the alarm was silenced. Good breakfast with enough choices to satisfy any morning cravings. Compared to offerings in standard hotels, worthy of 5 stars.

Since the remodeling of my house began, I've stayed at most of the hotels in the area. I finally tried the Staybridge and I never left. The breakfast and happy hour are very good and the rooms are large and comfortable. The best part, however, is the very helpful and friendly staff. One looks forward to interfacing with them and they all, from the management through the cleaning staff, seem to look forward to interfacing and helping you.
Don't forget to check out Santa Susana State Historic Park just a few blocks away.

Very comfortable place to stay. Everythig from service to ammenities are excellent. The people who service from Front Desk to Kitchen aides to Room service people and the maintenance crew are choice people and respectful and helpful. Very well managed and well mannered group of people, always with a smile.
This has really been a HOME AWAY FROM HOME experience for us.

During my three and a half months of stay the hotel was undergoing renovation. This was a great disturbance in many ways, although the hotel staff did their best to keep the guests comfortable, things were in a constant state of flux.
First of all I was required to change rooms because the building I was in was the next "to go" so to speak. This was an inconvenience because it required moving all of my belongs and setting up a new room. The staff caused problems with the move but again not pleasant.
I was placed in a room at the far end of building #15, with my room facing the construction set up area. The noise level at all times of day was an annoyance plus with two dogs it was very uncomfortable. Every time any work was done back there the dogs continued to bark. I was advised that these buildings were the pet area but this particular room should not have been used by someone with dogs. Especially knowing I was a long range tenant. There were no other available first floor rooms available at the time nor did I know just how inconvenient this would become.
Also the continued interruptions for continued updating and finish work caused problems as well. First it was changing of thermostats, then checking air conditioning, removal of blinds and installing drapes. Then it was painting, using oil based paint, which is toxic by the way. There were several other intrusions as well. When the television was being updated (over three weeks) we lost many channels, none of which were recovered by the time I left.
The renovation of the dining room was an inconvenience as well forcing people to eat outside no matter what the climatic conditions were, rain, wind or cold.
The exercise room was closed for many weeks and still had not opened by the time I checked out. Yes I know membership was offered at a nearby health club however....... Also the temporary loss of the laundry room, on more than one occasion, added to the disarray. Using the pool, during the warm period was not pleasant either since the air was full of construction dust.
My feeling is that some type of dispensation should should have been offered, especially to those of us who were there on a long term basis because of damage to our homes. I felt displaced to begin with and then to have to deal with all the noise, interruptions and somewhat chaotic situation didn't make for a pleasant stay.
I compliment the staff because they went out of the way to make up for all of issues, however, either monetary or points should have been offered.

The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The Wi-Fi in the room was excellent - not cut-off, fast speed. Hot Breakfast was excellent. The Social Evening Reception was great. It was like home. Bottom line is that it couldn't be better. I will be back to the this hotel and I will recomend this hotel to friends and co-workers.

This location was excellent. The room was very clean, quiet, and very nice. Full kitchen, living area, and nice bath. I have no complaint about the room, quite exceptional. There is no elevator to second and third floors. Our Internet did not work. Tech support did try to help but we were left with no wifi. Overall this location is great!
