Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious 2 BR/2BA Suite with Kitchen Spacious suite - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Nice kitchen area with full size appliances (microwave, frig, dishwasher, flat top stove). The suite, lobby, property, and breakfast areas were all very clean and well kept. Beds were comfy and the a/c ran smoothly and quietly. Showers were great and the water was hot for all. Only downside is master suite bathroom area - the toilet and shower are in a small room separated only by a sliding door (which did not lock). The sink/mirror area was in the open area of the master bedroom, which made it difficult (light and noise) for my husband to sleep/rest while I got ready. We didn't use the pool, the laundry, or the workout room but we noticed they were all very clean and once again, well maintained. The staff during check-in and check-out were great. The breakfast was as good as a free breakfast gets. There were lots of guests filling up trays and taking breakfast and coffee back to their rooms. Coffee and fresh fruit went fast. The layout of the breakfast area was great - plenty of seating and right next to a small patio which was next to the pool area. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel in Chatsworth. It was a great value price wise and the suite was perfect for our family with teenagers. I checked hotels in a wide area of LA, and this one was a great value and clean and comfortable as well. I cannot believe the spaciousness of the 1 bedroom suite and all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare a quick meal, there was even a cookbook with meal preparation ideas!. We were able to spread out and sit comfortably in the well appointed suite!. We have found our home away from home while visiting family in the Chatsworth area. The value received for the money spent was well worth it! August 7, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I would not stay here again. Seriously - better places in the area I wouldnt stay here again. There are no elevators, the parking is TERRIBLE. Its very dark area at nigt there is no gate and itsnot a safe area. There were spiders in my room, they never refilled my shampoo/conditioner. The front desk took FOREVER apparently their systems are slow. The wi-fi NEVER worked. Never. It would connect and never load any of the pages plus they changed the password evey week which was ridiculous. The food was no good July 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet pleasant hotel The Staybridge hotel in Chatsworth is very quiet, off the main street and setback from the street it is on. The rooms are clean comfortable and quiet. The living room and kitchen area are quite large and very nice. We were in the area to visit relatives and had a very pleasant and restful stay. The hot breakfast was satisfactory, limited choices but the food was good. I would warn you that the seating for breakfast is quite limited so you are probably better off bringing your breakfast back to your suite. We did not attend the evening social, but it sounds like a great idea to have available. July 8, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible experience Extremely ridiculous hotel to stay. So so staff. None of our requests were met, for example when asked for extra towels we were denied saying only 3 towels are given per room and that they don't have extra towels that are fresh and washed. Breakfast place was horrible with only one person running the entire breakfast area huffing puffing and sweating. Poor guy. With low staff obviously that is what you can expect. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice kitchen and suite I expected a much smaller, dumpier place from the outside, but was pleasantly surprised! The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked (for four people - plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.) and the pool area is very nice - pool, spa and BBQ area with alot of patio furniture. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to rest after a long work day I've spent 5 weeks in this hotel in Chatsworth. Just as everyone else the first thing I have to mention is the staff. Never have I experienced anyone unfriendly or unhelpful. Everybody seemed to like his job and it showed. The hotel is very well kept and clean. Service is on par and the location is quite enough to have some rest after a long day. I liked the heated pool. Helpful in early spring. Would definitely recommend staying here if you need to stay in the Valley. April 13, 2014

The thing that I LOVED about this hotel is that they offer washers and dryers free to guests, not coin-op. That was fantastic. We did about four loads of laundry and didn't have to haul around a bunch of dirty clothes. I have never stayed anywhere that offered it free for guests. The only reason that I did not rate it five stars is because there is very little parking and half of the spaces are compact only and we could barely fit even a small car in there. The only real parking is in the back and it was a long way from our room. Not a major inconvenience but one none the less. April 9, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just Perfect I cant comparee the staff ar this property with any other hotels. Theyre just great from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. Dilruba, Jennie, Tenny, Hassan, Lucy and specially Ria :) are the best in what they do...taking care of guest's needs. Rooms are very clean. I was able to meet the head housekeeper, Mauiricio, and he was very helpful. Even the exterior of the property is well kept. My remote stopped working and maintenance, Jesus was very prompt. Sobhey helped me with Luggage too. i got a courtesy call from a Rodolfo asking if i got the supplies a requested and I think that was a good touch to their service. I stay at this property about 10 nights a year and always great. Keep up the good work!!! March 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 It worked very well. Everything went well except for noise that came from the lobby up to the second floor rooms adjacent to the atrium. Normal level conversations at 3:45 AM created enough noise to rouse sleepers. Go figure. February 26, 2014
