Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by djm24601 Long weekend stay
We chose this property for a long weekend vacation to Chattanooga with two small children. The room was a decent size even with the provided pack and play and the couch folded out. The only real negative was the TVs in the room. There were no channels geared for small children. In addition to that, there were no video inputs for media devices to enable us to play our own movies.

I brought my 3 year and chose this hotel for the pool. That was a deal breaker for me. I think that should be considered when closing the pool. I know there are things outside of your control. But this is how I was affected that day.

Sickness in our family caused some deviations from our originally-planned vacation itinerary, and the staff of the Chattanooga-Hamilton Place Staybridge were flexible and accommodating to our needs. It's our favorite place to stay in Chattanooga 3 years running, and it's the people who keep it that way.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sweetning Pets on 6th Floor and first floor
My wife and I are allergic to pet dandruff. We were on the 6th floor which was supposed to be pet free. When we left our room we saw a dog in the hallway that was urinating on the hallway carpet.
We also saw a dog on the first floor.
We wondered why our allergies were spoiling the trip to Chattanooga and now we know. It was the exposure to the pets on our floor and in the hotel that resulted in the allergy systems.
Upon checking out of the hotel tell, I advised the Manager of the bad experience mentioned above. She did not attempt to make it up to us in any, but to say, I am sorry.
Sincerely,

In Chattanooga for a weekend get-a-way and found this property to be very clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and not too far from downtown. Will stay here again when in Chattanooga.
