Beds and pillow needs a bit of updating. Housekeeping needs to clean a bit better. They really don't acknowledge platinum members as other hotels within the IHG brand take care of them.

This is a great hotel. Staff are fabulous The only thing to complain about is the pillows. They are small like decorative pillows filled with chopped up foam.

Upon check-in the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. When the gentleman went to hand our the keys he said the room number out loud. In my experience, this is a huge no-no. Also, our toilet did not work but due to our late check-in I didn't tell anyone until the morning. Other than that our stay was great. The breakfast attendant was nice and the morning desk people were super nice. The hotel is very clean and well kept. Our suite was huge and I loved it!

We got in on a very late flight and our room was ready and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and informative. The hours for breakfast were very accommodating.

We have been going to this hotel for many years. Recently the room we stayed in was much more thread bare than we have had in the past. It was unusual, and unfortunate because we have always appreciated having a place away from home we could be comfortable in.

My Family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Mark, The Manager, went over and above any standard level of customer service to ensure that we were comfortable and personally taken care of.. the accommodations were beyond any expectation. I stay in hotels for business 7 or 8 times a year. I always gauge a hotel on how clean and quiet the rooms are during my stay. From what i could see the hotel was nearly full during our stay but we never once hear a sound from any other room, including doors closing. The suite was beautiful and very inviting. in fact my sons thought it would be great to just move in. I want to say a personal thank you to Mark fo all he did for us.
