We stayed here for 4 days during the long Thanksgiving weekend.
We were comfortable and felt like we were at home. Plenty of room, accommodating staff and good food. The hot breakfast was wonderful and the cherry on top was the weekday cocktail hour with complimentary beer/wine and food.
Even offered off-site fitness facility guest passes which we did use.
Will definitely go back when we are in town again!

I was staying there for over 3 months. From the start of staying there I was always greeted with smiles and a warm home like atmosphere. The staff were always happy to see you and even learn the guests names. I was fortunate to have family come for a visit a few times and again the staff greeted them with open arms. The meals were always good and always plenty to eat.
I have already recommeded the StayBridge to fellow coworkers and others.
Thanks for making my stay as close to home as you could.

My husband and I needed a getaway. And you provided it. The room was very comfortable and super clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was a bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Overall had a nice stay at this hotel. It's new and the rooms have up-to-date furnishings; it's a clean facility. Stayed for three nights and we didn't get our room cleaned after the second night. Reported it to the front desk when we returned to the hotel at the end of a long day and someone brought up some clean towels. When I reported my dissatisfaction at checkout, someone followed me out the door to claim that housekeeping tried three times throughout the afternoon, but they said a DND sign was on the door. This was absolutely not true, because I removed it when I departed the room in the morning, and the magnet was still on my refrigerator when I returned at 8 that night. The breakfast is nice, except when large parties staying at the hotel comandeer the entire dining area and linger for a very long time, preventing other guests from enjoying their breakfast. Not much you can do about that I guess.

In town for a wedding, so I had never stayed here previously. Found the hotel to be very clean and customer friendly. The morning breakfast was good, with many selections. I understand there is an evening snack during the week but I was not staying at that time. Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again if in the area!

1. I made reservations months in advance and when I checked in with the manager and requested a quiet room he said the only available rooms were on the traffic/road side (Huger in Columbia SC).
Incredibly noisy side of the motel and it impacted my sleep.
2. the morning buffet breakfast was spartan with items, coffee was in short supply, and staff was dismissive. They seemed like they were not trained to keep coffee available, and focus on customer service. Very disappointing experience since breakfast is so easy and trivial to do, plus the toaster was not working but out on table.
3. I was disappointed that breakfast hours opened late at 7a on weekdays, and 7:30a on Saturday and Sunday. Give me a break,,, who are those hours convenient for? Staff or customers,,,
4. I requested a Sunday morning wake-up call at 6:30a and I never received it.
