    Really comfortable and great experience. The staff was fantastic and helpful. I was really surprised at how helpful and attentive the staff was. The food at the hotel wasn't great for breakfast, but the dinner food was great.

    We chose the hotel for the amenities and ease of getting to our event. Due to an accident had asked for a handicapped room. They were overbooked so settled for a regular room that was hard to navigate. Moved the next day to an accessible room to find the ac was not working. Jeremy tried to feed me a line on why it was not working. Actually it had a freon leak. Moved to a third room in four days, to a room with a broken bathroom door, and no door on the bedroom. Breakfast was not very tasty but the staff at the reception on Tuesday through Thursday were phenomenal. Hotel is fair and safe, but needs some major maintenance.

    This was my second stay here, for multiple days, the first experience was fine. This time there were problems with Housekeeping and Maintenance. I had to ask 4 times to get fresh towels and my trash emptied. Maintenance couldn't fix my ice maker during 3 days. I called for help when my tub faucet was stuck in the ON position, before the tub overflowed. I was informed that I had turned the knob 'too hard', and it was suggested that I 'take showers'. Hollie at the Front Desk was particularly unprofessional and flippant on several occasions. No Management staff ever assisted.
    I cancelled my future reservation, and will never stay there again.

    I am very sorry to hear about the problems during your last stay. I spoke with Hollie directly, and she hadn't realized how she had come across to you. She was trying to interject a little humor, and didn't mean to across as flippant. This is absolutely not how we do business. We do have a newer handy man, and his learning curve is sometimes steep. I've already gotten him some additional training scheduled with another property. Again sincere applogies, and I hope you'll give us a chance to make it up to you!
