Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No running water This property was very nice in appearance and the staff were very cordial and helpful, but ...and this is a huge but..they were experiencing water issues while we drove through en route to Walt Disney World. The water main was broken and the entire facility was without running water. No showers, brushing teeth, working toilets..you name it. They were kind enough to comp the room, but it was a very memorable stay for all the wrong reasons. I presume that this issue has been resolved, but just in case it has not, caveat emptor. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Absolutely Amazing Hotel!!! This hotel is absolutely amazing, everyone is so nice and makes you feel right at home! The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you and even the General Manager made it his priority to make sure everyone was taken care of. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. I will be sure to recommend Staybridge Suites in Columbus, GA to everyone I know!! January 10, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by All-in-one I choose Staybridge Suites for the amenities and this hotel did not disappoint. I was greeted by the staff after a long day of travel and welcomed into the hotel. She was obviously genuine and cared about her job. We missed the social hour at the hotel, but she was quick to offer suggestions for dinner. The room was well appointed, clean and important to me... quiet. The next morning, we were greeted at breakfast by Sherry. She was a delight and doted on us like we were family. The next mornings we were met again and again with her smiling face. Sherry should be a model for others in the industry. Her Southern charm was certainly welcoming. The social evening reception was great. I ate and drank well. The staff seemed to be everywhere taking care of every little thing. Overall, a great stay. I'll be coming back when business brings me to Columbus. December 15, 2012

Space in the room are nice, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. Love this place and recommends it to any one that wants to get their money's worth leisure. October 31, 2012

The hotel is always clean, smells fresh, well maintained AND the staff is always on top of requests. They show courtesy and professionalism that is not found at the competitors locations.
