My family was very pleased with all aspects of our stay at Staybridge.

The breakfast staff was rude. The food quality was poor, and the food was not fresh. The front desk staff was also rude, and even glared with a rude expression when we walked by. The hotel staff made me feel uncomfortable - as if I didn't belong there. I booked 4 nights, and I wish I could have cancelled my last 3 nights. Based on my experience, I do NOT recommend this hotel!

This hotel is new and it seemed that they are still working out some issues. The luggage cart was very wobbly, perhaps not assembled correctly, as it was new. The sofa bed is only a twin pull out and we were not expecting that and had to make some last minute sleeping arrangements. The A/C cycled off and on all night and never cooled the room to the set temp. The fitness area's water cooler wasn't working and a sign referred me to a shelf with complimentary water bottles. The hotel was out of water bottles and told me that they were on order. They have to order water?? There is a Target across the street where they could have purchased water for guests using the fitness area. The breakfast attendant was very friendly, but didn't keep up with resupplying the area. At one point there were no forks, cups, eggs, juice, or toppings for the oatmeal, although it didn't seem that busy. The location, however, is great. An easy drive to downtown. Hotel is across from Starbucks and other restaurants and shopping. The common area was very nice and the pool was great. Would probably stay again if the price was a little lower or they ironed out the kinks.
