Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by very disappointed My Husband and I have used your hotel many times But the last two times it was very bad We found no paper towels and very little toilet paper in room While watching Tv I noticed crackers under the sofa Perhaps dog crackers . The bed was made but very shabby We had to go out early in the morning when returning We had to call the front desk for fresh towels , Paper towels and Toilet paper when using the dishes and pots I had to ask for others they were dirty. We have paid in advance to stay this Sunday and Monday If we had not paid in advance we would of not gone My husband is a platinum member and we are treated like trash ' June 22, 2013

This hotel is clean, comfortable and most important friendly staff. Staff Tina would always approach us when she sees us to make sure we are all doing good and if we need anything. It's a nice neighborhood and close to everything. Easy to find right off the highway! I would definitely re-book this hotel for my future stay at Pocono's. June 15, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by wonderful place to stay Coming from out of state to visit family we had no idea where to stay. We took a chance with Staybridge and were very happy we did. Cleanlyness is the most important thing for us when we travel and I have to give Staybridge an A+. The front desk was courtious and made us feel like we were frequest visitors to the hotel. When entering the room a call from the front desk came in to be sure we were satisfied with the room. Just like every other Hotel, NOT. Way to go Staybridge, keep up the excelent work. June 14, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not Good, Just Passable This is a fairly new location. Maybe they are still getting the kinks out of it. But some things just can't be fixed. Like the air conditioning. It was a hot (90 degree) and humid weekend (6/1) weekend. The air conditioner is set so that the inflow and the outflow are quite close together and in the bedroom. The way the bedroom is laid out the bed is across from the a/c vent. It blows in your face all night. It is also not quiet. We had a one bedroom suite. The a/c vent for the living room blew right on the chair. We had to just turn off the a/c at night, it was very annoying. I also expected the hotel to be in tip top shape since it was less than one year old. Also, whoever designed this particular location should be made to travel with a loaded cart and try to maneuver the cart around the sharp, narrow bends in the hall way (on the 3rd floor). Also, the mattress wasn't the most comfortable, and oh, before I forget, it looked like the suite had not been used for a while as it really needed dusting. The positive here was that when we were having trouble moving the cart and our luggage in and out of the room and to our car, their employees jumped right in to help. Except for the family wedding we were there to attend, my husband and I have no reason to ever stay in Stroudburg again as we live within 100 miles of the hotel. June 7, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good value Our stay was fine. Clerk at front desk very friendly and knowledgeable. We used the van for transportation from hotel to Strousmored . You need to have a step up for guests using the van as it is very high to enter and exist. The driver was no help and not friendly at all. May 24, 2013

I found blood on the bed sheets so i complained and i was given another room and was told its going to be free and when i checked out they still charge me. i will never go there again!! May 15, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible customer service and management I checked in to the hotel and stayed only 2 hours before being notified by my wife that there was a death in our family. I was surprised upon checking out within that 2 hour time period that the desk attendant could not refund the nights stay. She had to speak with her manager, fair enough. Imagine my surprise when I received an email the next day saying management would not refund any portion if the stay. ( the hotel was empty, I was there for two hours, and had to leave due to a death in the family). I just could not believe the lack if understanding or compassion on behalf of this hotels management. I had been staying exclusively with IHG hotels for the past five years with a business account none the less. I would never stay there again, unreal. April 13, 2013

I was on business all 3 times and it's very nice after being out in the field for an average of 10 hrs each to to come back to a place that makes you feel comfortable and special like this place and its staff does. One of the better extended stays I have had. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They will make sure if you have a problem it is addressed promptly, and always have something to talk to you about. The staff went over and beyond in finding us the most comfortable handicapped room available. We are forever thankful for their generousity and truly treating us like 'family'. We will return and enjoy their facility again. One helpful hint would be for the manager to suggest another nice restaurant right near the hotel as their seems to be enough property to do so. Keep up the good work on hiring 'excellent' staff (Tiffany, Ashley Jennifier, Rocio, Fernando, Jess - I hope I haven't left anyone out). Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Homelike atmosphere The room I stayed in was very nice and clean. I could see myself staying there for a few days very comfortably. I love the space planning and amenity's that were provided. The towels were really soft and luxurious. The bed was a little small, but I guess I should have asked about the size. The lobby and public restrooms were dirty. I didnt see any other employees except for the ones working behind the desk. The staff wasn't very helpful either and had a hard time communicating the hotels policy's on pricing when questioned. Overall the hotel was very nice, but the staff was less than ideal. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not worthy As a platinum member I used my award points for a one night stay at the Stroudsburg, PA Staybridge Suites. This facility was so new, that Google Maps did not show it yet. This facility is build with no quality in mind, tons of light shines/leaks through the door at night, pillows and blankets needed to be placed in front to darken the room... Material choice, installation and construction is done on the cheap and too fast with no mindset for quality. Straff did NOT recognize me as a platinum member, although I handed them my membership card (they could not find my reservation!), they also did not provide a goodybag, nor were aware that most other hotels do. Breakfast quality was also poor and staff very unfriendly nor very helpfull... I will NOT stay here anymore and like to get my award points refunded. November 2, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very nice! I absolutely loved staying here! It was so much nicer than i ever expected. There was almost a full kitchen, only thing missing was an oven! (but its a fire hazard so I completely understand) The room was so nice! It was even nicer than my own apartment! We stayed here for our honeymoon and I couldn't imagine it going any better. It's in a private enough area but very close to most tourist attractions and they even have brouchures there to help you find great places to go. The only bad thing that happened was we ran out of toilet paper and they didn't have anymore but they offered to give me there toilet paper from their bathroom but it wasn't that big of a deal so we bought our own but they went right out n bought some :) October 20, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cozy room, nice kitchen, brand new hotel! The bed and pillows were so comfortable! My girlfriend and I were both very impressed with the room itself. The indoor pool was a fun little add-on too! We made salmon on the burners in the mini kitchen...which unfortunately set off the smoke alarm. My only complaint was that we didn't have a non-stick teflon pan to cook on. The normal steel kind causes the food to burn on the bottom even when properly greased. Great experience, would definitely stay there again when visiting ESU. October 12, 2012
