    Always a great stay except for this one

    I always reserve for my out-of-town guests at the Staybridge, They are always very satisfied with their stay. Only this time we had a problem; a piece of jewelry went missing from my visitor's belongings. I was shocked. In 8 years of having people staying there, this never happened. The staff tried hard to look for it, but couldn't find it. It was definitely taken, not lost, so it was a very disappointing experience. Safe boxes MUST be provided for guests, most hotels have them. This would prevent things like this from happening.

    Noisy & smell of cigarette smoke

    Noisy neighbors

    Smell of cigarette smoke in room during evening & overnight.
    Staff unable to detect where it was coming from. So had to checkout & find another hotel.

    We have enjoyed previous visits & staff have always been courteous & very pleasant. It's a shame that this experience has now impacted our opinion of this facility & any future visits.
