We have a motorhome because I do not like to stay in hotels. We stayed here while the rv was being serviced. After a 9 night stay, I can honestly say that it is an EXCELLENT place to stay!! ALL of the staff was friendly and professional. The entire property was as clean and well cared for as possible. Everyone was also .very kind to our puppy. Breakfast was very nice as were the evening meals. This helped to make our stay a very good value, as did the complimentary laundry. .I will recommend this property to all who are headed to Elkhart.

I travel to Elkhart, IN regulary for work and when we discovered the Staybridge Suites it made travelling so much easier! Rooms are nice (clean, well maintained), evening social is great for after a long day of work and the convienent breakfast isn't bad either (don't expect fresh, made to order food, but it's definitely decent).
One thing I would request is bigger pillows. The bed pillows are small - not sure why and I prefer bigger pillows. The other thing that would be nice is easy access to an outlet by the bed for plugging in my phone at night. The only outlet is on the wall behind the beside table and to use it you have to unplug either the lamp or the clock. Many hotels are using clocks that have charging stations built in - that would be great! These are suggestions and are not items that should steer anyone away from this hotel.
Overall - this is definitely the best place to stay in Elkhart!

Sam, Denita, Brandy and the crew are consistently the most professional and pleasant team I've encountered in 25 years of traveling. I stay at this property nearly every week and am always warmly welcomed at my home away from home. Having been staying here for over two years, I've seen the property well maintained and have seen evidence of continuous improvement in the check-in experience and the breakfast and social hours. In the 200 plus nights I've stayed here, I have never considered moving to another hotel. Good job Sam and team!

This was our second stay at this hotel. The room was very beautiful, clean, comfortable. We did miss having a blanket for the pull-out couch.
For breakfast, the staff worked hard but had trouble keeping up with the number of guests. Staff was friendly and helpful, however, and did their very best.
The only real downside was the pool. There was gum on the bottom and it felt very slimy. Even my son, who is put off by very little, refused to stay in.
I'd recommend staying here except for the pool!

Every time I stay, I always enjoy my experience. Since the first time I checked in, I have not chosen a different hotel! Staff is always very nice and polite. I love the modern look to the hotel , and the rooms! I will continue to remain a loyal customer!

Stayed here twice within an week on my trip to Jersey and back. EASY off and on the highway. Clean room (King studio suite) ample room for my 10 yr old son and myself. Offered hamburgers with all the fixin's for social reception. Great selection and tasty breakfast. Very quiet and peaceful hotel. Gas, food, and major deptmartments stores (walmart, target) nearby. First time I stayed at a Staybridge and I would stay again. Really enjoyed my stay. Right off the highway, great breakfast, and most importantly clean thruout the hotel - interior and exterior.
1 Complaint but the rest of the hotel kept it at a 5 rating. Pillows..... Why the small pillows?

Very few hotels make you feel like family but this one does. Its not the brick and mortar or beds, its people like Danita, Brittany, and Brandy that make the difference.
