From my pick up at the airport to the moment I checked out, my experience was awesome. I was picked up by the sweetest guy named Fred. I was knowledgeable about the area and knew where he was going. He made small talk to make the ride more comfortable as this was my first time in the state and I knew nothing of the weather or anything. After the short trip to the hotel, Fred carried in my luggage for me and made sure I got checked in with the really sweet girls at the counter. They made sure I felt at home. Then Fred helped me with my luggage up to my room. He made sure I was settled and left me to my own devices.
The room was super comfy & homey, just like a small apartment. When my friends arrived, even they were impressed. They asked to live there instead of driving back home. The next day, was a great breakfast at the buffet. There was a nice selection of pretty much anything you could want (except for bacon <sad face>). When it came time to check out, everything was already done. And Fred was even there to help me with my luggage again. He even noticed I didn't have my coat with me and that's when I realized I had left it in the room. Fred got my bags in the car, then raced upstairs to get my coat for me. He was the epitome of customer service. He deserves a gold star for going above and beyond the call of duty.
Overall, this is a very nice place, close to the highway and other attractions. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean &comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Matthew1967 The type of experience one would expect from Staybridge
Every good experience begins with a memorable beginning and end. We were enthusiastically greeted on Thanksgiving Day and expected some possible issues as we were early for check-in. Our host didn’t even mention our early arrival and upon typing away mentioned that she was changing our room and voila, we were on our way. Our host was even able to accommodate a Fargo newspaper for us without me having to go back into the cold to buy one. A question to the same desk person later in the afternoon prompted her to offer to call around to get an answer for us. A big congratulations to the person on duty. Establishment was clean and the room was in proper order. Relatives staying at the Staybridge also noted the great experience. The only negative would be the Saturday morning breakfast. Things appeared to be a little disorganized with items not being filled as promptly as I would expect. Some of the disorganization could be blamed on the guests themselves however some smiles and noticeable staff presence might make this process better. Compared to recent other stays at another Holiday Inn locations in Fargo, this was a welcome experience.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jenna11455 Comfortable bed and gorgeous room
We stayed in a suite with another couple. When we walked in we were amazing by the class of this room. 2 private bedroom suites each with there own bathroom, and a connecting living room/ kitchen. The room was A little cold and it took a long time for the room to get warm. Other then that it was perfect!
The complimentary breakfast was surprising! From eggs and sausages to ceral and waffles, they had everything.
Can't wait to come back in the new year.
