Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Solid Stay in Fort Wayne Area Staff was great (especially breakfast staff - thanks again !!!!) and rooms were comfortable. Disappointed to end up with room next to elevator / landing - but was not as loud as expected - but would think upper Gold status could've been taken into consideration to avoid. Otherwise rooms very comfortable and enjoyed the stay. August 14, 2014

This staff are very professional, kind and compassionate and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay meets or exceeds your expectations. The social was a big hit. Even though storming, grilled hamburgers and hot dogs made the menu. There was a wonderful selection of toppings and was always kept fresh. Breakfast is always good. IF you are in the Fort Wayne area, this is the place to stay! June 30, 2014

Don't expect any staff member there to go the extra mile to help you because they are unable to just go the regular mile to perform their duties. Rude and discourteous best describes the attitudes of the front desk staff. No one ever smiled. I will never stay there again for business or pleasure. My stay was supposed to be for 2 weeks but I checked out 1 week earlier because it was very poor service. June 19, 2014
