My family stayed at the Staybridge Suites for eleven days. We were there for a football tournament. Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The room was large and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything very clean. The hotel grounds were very nice and the pool was awesome. I was very impressed with their very complete and delicious breakfast! Three nights a week they even provided an evening meal which offered the opportunity to socialize with other guests. It felt like home! It was not easy to leave! Thank you Staybridge in Glendale, Arizona for a wonderful stay!! We will definately be seeking out other Staybridge Suites at other locations we visit.

I ahd an excellent stay. The staff was extraordinarilly friendl and helpful. The pool nd breakfast area were beyond expectations. The only thing I did not like was the couch in the room.
The young lady who checked me in during the afternoon of 10/26 performed her duties in an exemplary manner. She met my request for a diet Sprite in the refriderator (which no one clerk has ever done and I am a Platium Priority Club Member so I stay A LOT). Then she contacted Priority Rewards Club regarding a discrepency on my accounty. She went way above and beyond.

Place is great, location is great , Just when checking in we were given a room on the 4th floor usually not a problem for able people. But when your friend is a 6ft 6 inch man and paralyzed and confined to a wheel chair not the ideal place to be when an emergency forces you to use the stairs. I specified this upon booking and was amazed that Staybridge would ignore a must request for our stay. After a wait of about 45 minuets in the lobby they found a room. After a long day and ride of 350 miles my friend was forced to sit in his own urine because he couldn't fit into the doorway of the lobbys bathroom. My friend is a retired US Marine who was disabled fighting in Iraq and always reminds me that handicapped people are treated like second class citizens. What a shame but I now I have to agree with him.Would appreciate if maybe Staybridge would compensate my friend with maybe a free stay.
