Groups and Meetings Process

Our Easy Meetings process consists of four easy steps:

Step 2 -: Browse a list of hotels in your requested location, including hotel details and meeting and events facilities information, and make your choice.
Step 3 -: Enter the details of your meetings or events needs.
Step 4 -: Review your rate information and the details of your event, enter your contact information and submit. Meetings and events reservation options vary by location, but you will have the opportunity to either book online or request a quote.
