We enjoy staying with Staybridge when we travel. However, the last time we stayed, they charged us the usual rate and then charged us again with a different fee. They ended up overdrawing that account. When I asked them why this extra charge was placed on the card, they replied it was a room holding fee. However, the room was held on a different card. . . Then they refused to pay any overdraft fee. Make sure they do not charge you more than your signed reciept.

I highly recommend Staybridge Suites if you have an extended stay. The comfortable rooms and excellent staff make your time in Great Falls a pleasant experience. If you find yourself in Great Falls, Staybridge is the place to stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay, we got a suite for my husband and seven kids it was well worth the money, and a great breakfast! We will stay here every time!

So yes as another reviewer posted been a problem with the spa (Feb 2013) It is drained and apparently awaiting parts for repair. I was discouraged with that and the room not being ready until past 5:20 pm. We made reservations months prior with hopes of being in the room slightly before an event at 4 PM. Here is the thing though the staff remained very calm,nice and professional. Some circumstances are out of my control and also beyond their control. Stuff happens yet it'd how it is handled is what counts. Had there been any other hotels rooms available in town I would have tried to cancel and would have ended up missing out on the Staybridge. Was it perfect? No. Will I give it another chance? You bet. I am thankful the employees were kind and patient with me. They each did their best to help. Even though it took longer to get in our suite once we did it was large, clean and beautiful. We had a nice stay and I was won over by the overall experience. I would look forward to a return visit.

hotel was good, decent breakfast and evening meal. great view of the river. closet in room is ridiculously small to the point of the hangers not hanging correctly nor does the closet door close properly. Most disappointing was the broken and unavailable spa, not for use the entire week of my stay. This is a fairly new hotel and it seems like this should not be happening so quickly in the life of a hotel or take the entire week to fix. This is the second Stay Bridge hotel I've stayed at this last month that had below-par issues. However, other than spa, hotel was good enough for a return stay.

Our family stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Great Falls, MT over the Christmas holidays and were so very pleased with the entire experience! The room was gorgeous and the overall hotel was beautiful and had so many amenities! We always choose hotels that offer a complimentary breakfast and this by far was the best we have ever had. So many options and each day they offered something different. Also the weeknight "Socials" where appies were offered were fantastic! Really it was more like dinner and it gave us a great opportunity to visit and play cards down in the beautiful great room/dining area.
The free laundry services were a lovely addition and the gym and pool/spa were lovely and we used them on several occasions.
The staff were so friendly and helpful...they offered advice on where to site see in the City and helped us find some great family activies for New Years. Overall it was one of the best travel experiences we have had! Thanks so everyone at the hotel...we will definetely be back!!
