Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value This is the second time we have stayed at this particular hotel. The breakfast in the morning is far better than in any other hotel with complimentary breakfast. The complimentary evening supper meal offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays is equally as good. We had the barbecued pulled pork, It was warm and flavourful. The do it yourself cobb salad had fresh ingredients even at the end of the service at 7:30 pm. We will definitely book here again when staying in the Guelph area. November 1, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Montrealers Our two-room suite was spacious and comfortable, but somewhat dingy, and not exactly spotless! The bathrooms were a particular disappointment: the bathtubs in both rooms were not clean, and neither were the shower curtains. The breakfast areas downstairs was also messy and the staff wiped off tables etc. with only minimal effort, while looking really unhappy to be there--also, their aprons etc. were always covered in food. Too bad, in general we liked this place, but the lax hygiene standards would make us think twice about coming back. October 13, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Personnel The front-desk staff is outstanding. Linsey, Anthony (hi), Lama, and Allison are what makes this hotel such a great place to stay. They take an interest in their clients and do their utmost to make your stay a most pleasant experience. The food service ladies--Shannon and Courtney--work very hard and greet you in the morning with hot coffee, lots of choice for breakfast, and a pleasant attitude and a smile. October 11, 2012
