I advise anyone who faces an issue to go to the front office, it will be SOLVED.
I had few requests around room availability and readiness while checking-in, lounge support in interim time, and check-out time for my travel arrangements, ALL were resolved at my satisfaction either by Tareq in many occasions or another front office staff.
