Brooke at the front desk was the best and made sure that whatever she could do to make our trip better to just let her know and Dave the shuttle driver was very courteous and helpful. Didn't realize it until shower time, didn't want to call room service during that time. 2) the pillow options were fine, but the pillows need to be bigger. 3) Hotel needs to advertise more about local attractions. 4) Breakfast time was rough.
