it. It was a trash can, and obviously would not be recycled. It's bad enough not to have this, but then to lie and say it would be "taken care of' was inappropriate.
2. The bathroom was VERY outdated, the paint peeling, the equipment (commode and shower) old, a real turn-off. The rest of the room was quite pleasant.
3. We had asked for a "high floor" and were placed on the 3rd floor. It was only for 1 night, so we did not bother to change.
