The customer service, the attention to detail, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. The GM Kathy, Joann and Keyur are the best! Always so helpful. I have no complaints. I thank you all for always[More]

"Very friendly and helpful staff were the highlight of our stay."
All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, particularly the Concierge, porters and receptionists. This was in stark contrast to some other, "up market" hotels we have stayed[More]
in before in New York.
My biggest complaint concerned the noisy refrigerator in our room that kept me awake for almost the whole of our first night. I had to ask for it to be turned off for the rest of our stay. There was also a small issue with lengthy waits for the elevators, on some occasions.
Breakfast was good but a bit of a scramble due to the limited space available for the number of guests.
The quality of the furnishings and cleanliness was perfectly decent for this type of hotel, making it good value for money. The room was also extremely well equipped to provide self catering, if desired.
Overall, a satisfactory visit (apart from that refrigerator!). [Less]
I chose to stay at this hotel because it was conveniently located near the city, without the city hotel prices. It was better than I expected it to be when I got there. My children and I felt[More]
extremely comfortable when we stayed here, like we were at home! I was able to cook for them, we rented movies from downstairs to watch and were able to just relax. We also slept well since the beds were so comfortable. There was easy access to the train station so that we could go into the city and the complimentary shuttle to pick us up was right there to take us back to the hotel. I also like the fact that there is a laundry room and fitness area here, although I didn't get the chance to use it. When it was time to leave, my kids were not happy because they wanted to stay and they continue to talk about the nice room that they had. I plan on going back in the summer for another trip to the city with the kids. Overall great stay! See you soon! [Less]
