Driver got "lost" which is no reflection on hotel but be cautious of shady drivers that will charge double fares. No much to do in immediate area (walking distance). No nightlife. March 1, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointing I was very disappointed in this Staybridge Suites property. It was my first stay at a Staybridge property having mostly stayed in the Express properties. I, apparently wrongly, was expecting the Staybridge to be nicer than the Express. I thought since the property seems to be geared towards longer term stays and seemed to have higher rates that it would be more comfortable and nicer than shorter stay properties. It was the opposite of what I expected. The mattress was lumpy but worse than that it was either plastic or had a plastic covering. I couldn't believe it. Did they think I would wet the bed? That just blew my mind! It was nice to have the kitchenette and it was equipped very well. However, the ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work and there were no ice trays. Also there was no ice machine on the floor. I had to go downstairs and have a staff member get me ice from the kitchen. The curtains were impossible to close or open unless I stood on a chair to hold onto the stick as close to the top as possible. There is very limited housekeeping at this property and if you want service on Sat or Sun you have to request it by a certain time on Fri. I did that but received no housekeeping service on either day. When I got back to my room on Sat and it had not been serviced I called. A staff member came and I left the room to allow her to work. Five minutes later I see her walk through the lobby. I went upstairs to my room and all she had done was make the bed, empty the trash and leave some towels. The dirty towels weren't even removed. The next day I again received no service even though I had requested it. I cannot recommend this hotel. I hope that all the Staybridge properties aren't like this but this one should definitely be avoided. February 5, 2014

Even though it was after their shuttle service cutoff time, Bryce (sp?) still picked me up at the airport. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff was friendly and accommodating. January 31, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place! This hotel was great for a couple of nights and would have been perfect for a longer stretch if needed. The staff was very helpful and provided the services that were needed without hesitation. The beds could be a little softer for my taste but they were still comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel. By the way, I am not air crew, but there is no option for other. I was simply stuck at the airport for two days due to a cancelled flight. January 20, 2014

Luggage found 2 hours later, great taxi driver on the way to the StayBridge Suites. Front desk staff was nice but booked me in a suite with no running water in the kitchen. I was told I would get a price reduction upon check-out but that never happened. So just make sure all the facilities are operational. January 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleased beyond expectations This was just a quick overnighter on a trip to asia- I was most concerned with the speed of airport pickup-- it was terrific-- but the real benefit was the service of both drivers-- the airlines would not check my baggage through so i had 250 pounds of stuff to lug and i had just been through a series of opperations-- serious stuff- i did not tell the drivers but they were more than willing to help me out and on the drop off the driver actually moved my bags 2 times while i was getting a cart- The check in and out staff were terrific-- arranging for me to get some much needed food as the airlines did not provide any-- I was flying first class but the service at this hotel was the real first class-- not the expensive seat i paid for- January 12, 2014

Nice workout and laundry facility as well. The only thing that made me wonder was that I've been a member since 2003 and as a current platinum level, I felt I should have at least been offered an upgrade to my room. I was there with my 17 year old daughter [I'm her father] and I was given a one bed studio instead of a suite. I understand I used my points for the stay, but it made me feel that by doing so, my status as a member was downgraded. It really made me think a little about my loyalty to the program. I guess I could have asked, but I really don't feel I should have to. [Just to explain the only con I had] January 8, 2014

It was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff provided excellent service. The front desk staff suggested things to do in the area, and was helpful with anything that I needed. I enjoyed using the fitness room, and the full hot breakfast in the morning. My room was very nice and comfortable, and having a kitchen was great for keeping leftovers. Overall, I definitely enjoyed my stay and hope to stay in more Staybridge Suites in the future. January 8, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and private Lady that checked us in was not friendly or welcoming. However, the other staff were good. Vicky was wonderful, friendly, accommodating and extremely warm. She definetly made our stay very pleasant. Hotel should look into providing slightly more than a light service during the week. Complimentary laundry and wifi was great.....helps you save quite a bit. Overall, would return and most definetly recommend the hotel. Keep it up. January 7, 2014

The front desk was more than helpful, allowing us to have an extended checkout the next day. The shuttle driver/front desk agent (she needs a raise) personally came and picked me up from an alternative location and raised my spirits after I had experienced a rejection, and she made me feel so much better. And then when the shuttle wasn't available, the manager personally drove us to the airport. Above and beyond, just so we could catch an unexpected flight. I had a great experience here and I highly recommend this location to everyone. This is an example of real customer service which is not noticeable nowadays. November 18, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel experience near HIA It was the first time I chose this hotel, it was because of a friend's suggestion but I don't regret it at all. I stayed there for two weeks including the weekend and I received the best service and value. Breakfast bar is delicious, always fresh fruit and different options available. Rooms are very nicely remodeled and comfortable. Also, some days of the week it offers dinner snacks which are also delicious and a plus because of the low options for good food around the area. This hotel is really a great option. I really recommend it. I already booked the room for my next trip. Good job to all staff. September 30, 2013
