My family stayed here during our spring break. We have two young boys, so it was important to stay in a hotel that is friendly, calm, safe and clean. We got all four at Staybridge! The service at the check-in counter was amazing and every staff member made sure we had a comfortable experience. Some of the perks: our room was spotless, there was "social hour" going on in the lobby every day (with free food), there was complimentary breakfast (with a nice variety of choices) and we were close enough to downtown Indianapolis to enjoy the museum and zoo without long rides. We had a very enjoyable experience, and will likely be staying at Staybridge when we return next year.

This is a wonderfully decorated hotel inside and out with very friendly staff. However, the investment in design and decor left little for sound insulation. Our King suite occupants heard walkers in the halls, doors slamming, other faucets/toilets running. When you can feel other people walking in the halls this is not good build quality. I've been in much older hotels that are far better insulated from sound. This is too bad as this is probably the best looking Staybridge suites I've stayed at. Bed/pillows were very comfortable and room was very clean. This is the only reason for a Poor rating for the Room and Comfort category.

If you are going to be in Carmel or nearby you owe it to yourself to spend a few days in this hotel. I have been a traveling businessman for five years and this was the most comfortable, friendly and dollar wise hotel I have stayed at.

We have been a priority club member for a long time. We always stay in a Holiday Inn Hotel. We were a little concerned about staying at a different hotel. We booked a one bedroom suite because we have 2 teenage daughters a it would give us a little more privacy. When we checked in I asked the girl at the front desk if we could have a room on the first floor near the pool. She said that there was not one available but there was one on the second floor but it was a long way from the elevator. Because I have a bad back I didn't want that room. I asked if there was any other rooms on the first floor close to the pool. She checked for me and said that she had a two bedroom suite on the first floor next to the pool. I asked how much more it would be, but she said there would be no additional charges. Abby, the girl at the front desk was so patient with us and so helpful with all my requests it made our stay really enjoyable. She was kind everyone that was registering. Thank you Abby! Jim & Kay

We came down to Carmel, to get-a-way from all the snow, up North. And to Celebrate my Birthday!! We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the comfortable feel of home. We have stayed here a few time, and everytime, it just gets better!! Thank you Staybridge, for exceptional service and a "Amazing" place to stay.

I travel 6 states from Monday thru Friday every week. Whenever possible I make this my base for the IN & KY travel. I am here at least one week every month or more! The staff is awesome! They all make you feel at home and not just another customer. I felt this way since my first visit!
The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable! It is also very clean and quiet, never have I had any issues with noisy neighbors. The location is very accessible to my customers, dining, food and entertainment!
Since I have to be away from my home and family, the accomodations and staff make it a lot more enjoyable!

Mu first experience with Staybridge was for 3 nights and was excellent! The suite was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. I had requested the 3rd floor, away from elevators and stairwells, and was promptly accommodated. Elevators are in lobby area, and the hotel has a long wing on the east side, so some walking can be expected. Access from the parking area is very good.
In-suite refrigerator, cooking appliances, etc were appreciated, as were flat panel TV's in both rooms. Mattress, bedding, and fluffy towels were all clean and in good condition. The pillows are very soft, and could be improved with some that provide adequate support.
I did not use the free breakfast, but it looked diverse and plentiful. The coffee was very good, as was the choice of juices.
I will definitely stay here again when in Indianapolis!

I am a very-long-term business traveler and have chosen to reside at the Carmel Staybridge Suites for 1+ weeks per month for the past 18 months. It is a clean, comfortable, service-oriented property that is just-right for the business traveler. The staff is hard-working and attentive and are to be commended. I would like to recognize: Mary, the sales manager and hostess with the most-est, who knows everyone's name, aims to please all, and is successful at it; Carolina and Marina, who greet you morning and night with food, beverage and warm smiles; and all of the front-desk staff (including but not limited to Jenifer and Seth who have been there since my first stay) who understand your preferences and make every effort to ensure that your stay is just right for you.

As a regular customer of the Indianapolis Staybridge, I have nothing but good things to say. The staff goes out of its way to make the reservations, check in and out, and the time at the hotel a pleasure. I stay, typically 2-3 nights a week. In the 2+ years that I have been there, I had only one issue with a room. After one phone call to the desk I was given another room. For the dollar, the best accommodations in the Carmel/north Indianapolis area

It was a girl's weekend in Carmel, went to the Palladium for a concert and came back to all the comforts of home. Live in Chicago and I just have to say the Concert Venue they built in Carmel, along with this Hotel are Outstanding and Affordable. Job Well Done, we will be back.

We had a great experience. The food was good and we love the gathering places for our large group to socialize. The staff was very riendly and accomodating. We have stayed here for three years for a convention and will be sad to move to Louisville next year. Will be hard to find such an accomosdating place.

This was my 1st stay at a Staybridge Hotel. I was in town for a medical reason for my son, a patient at Riley Childrens Hospital. I was extremely tired from the several hours drive. I didn't have a reservation as I had come to town late in the evening. The staff was very professional & accommodating. They made my feel as if we were the most important people. We travel & stay in hotels a lot but we will never forget our stay at this location. Highly recommend.

Booked 6 rooms for a local wedding. Sat out each of 2 evenings and had a great time. Rooms were clean, comfortable and property was quiet even though it was Indy 500 weekend. Great outdoor area for gathering of 20-25 people. Pricey, but it was Indy 500 weekend!
