Wonderful place to stay when away from home. Very friendly staff that goes out of their way to accomodate you. Employees Amber and Torri, who work the Social Evening reception time, were very helpful and friendly.

I have been coming to Indi for business for more than 1 1/2 years and stayed at this hotel. Since I liked this hotel and the staff very much, I brought my family a couple of times. They too liked this hotel. Rooms are big, clean and fresh, satff is friendly, good breakfast and manager's special food in three evenings. Safe place too.
I thank the management and staff for providing a great experience for the visitors. They are doing an excellent job.

I've stayed at your location many times and I always enjoy it. The food is always excellent and the staff always friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that it's too hot in the fitness room, maybe due to the dryers but something could be done.

I come here every week for 3 days and 2 nights. I am in nursing school and i never arrive at the same time of day but the registration staff are so helpful they let me check in when i come no matter how early i arrive! The rooms are always so clean and come with everything you'd ever need. I have stayed at plenty of hotels and this one has so many great qualities i've never once seen at any other hotel.
For example:
* They have absolutely free laundry in new model washers and dryers,
* 3 nights a week they have what is called a manager special which is completely free dinner and drinks (alcoholic and non) for almost 3 hours! Its always prepared by a chef with a education and the night is always themed (homemade pizza night; asian cousine night, etc)
* The hotel room is bigger than some apartments i've seen
*The housekeeping staff is here and working around the grounds longer than ive ever seen at any other hotel.
* This is a pet friendly hotel but i have stayed next to someone with a small dog that yapped a lot and you could hear it from the hall, but the second i walked in my room i didnt hear a peep!
* Hot breakfast with multiple choices of hot foods (not just the standard waffle maker that lots of hotels call "hot breakfast"; someone actually cooks and stocks a buffet here!)
To sum it up, i like to think i have average standards and expectations and Staybridge Fishers has completely exceeded everything ive expected since day 1! Which is why i continue to stay here week after week!

This was my 2nd stay in two weeks. The first week - my supplies were not replenished - I was told because I did not ask for them. First time I have heard of that - apparently the service staff is blind - if they can not see the coffee pot is dirty, the empty coffee bags are in the trash, the shampoo containers are in the trash. Mr Miller and I chatted about the lack of service by his staff.
This 2nd week the staff replenished my supplies. I had a problem with the heat as the room got up to 85 degrees. It was addressed, however the clerk told me if it got hot in the night I was to open the windows - it was to be in the mid 20's that night. I turned the heat off not wanting to address a hotter than **** room again.
I did note some issues though - the tub creaks and feels like the floor under the tub is failing. The white curtains need to be washed - they are very dirty at the top. Or perhaps, it just 'appears' that way. The bathroom sink area ceiling shows signs of a water leak from above. Not pleasant at all.
This hotel has always been my choice but it does seem some housekeeping items are lacking. My work (Roche) is close and it was initially suggested by my company to stay at the Staybridge.

Everything was very nice. My room was next to the stairwell, which worried me, but should not have. The room was very well soundproofed. I was only there one night, but the room contained many small things that would have made a longer stay comfortable (microwavable mixing bowls for example).
My only complaint was that the bedroom and living room weren't heating/cooling evenly. When one was warm, the other cold.
I would gladly stay here again.
