Our family (3 adults, 2 kids) stayed in the 2br during a stay to follow up at Mayo clinic from a kidney transplant. It was a very easy drive to/from the hospital and less than 1/2 the price of where we stayed when my mom got the transplant. As a bonus, the facility was in great shape and the desk staff was very friendly. It rained the whole stay so we didn't get to use the pool, but it looked nice. The only downside was the in-room kitchen. #1 There were only 2 chairs at the seating area so others used the table by the TV. #2 There was no oven (we brought food with us to save money). However, the 2 burner cook-top worked well. In addition, the mid-week light food/social was a great fit for our family and we enjoyed it greatly. The convenience of the grocery store across the street was also a good plus. Overall, we were very pleased and we will stay here again on our next Mayo follow up visit.

This facility is easy to find, has easy access road, is pet friendly, and is very clean! I usually stay in 4-5 star hotels but it was late at night when coming through Jacksonville....this place has gotten fairly good reviews and it was not a disappointment. Rooms were attractively furnished and arranged but 1bedroom suites were quite small --even for 2 people. I'd stay here again as wait staff were all very good, professional, and pleasant!

This is a wonderful hotel with lots of amenities if you want to stay somewhere in route to some other destination. It is not really close to the ocean though nor did our room have a decent view. The sofa bed mattress is like any other place; terrible. A roll in cot would have been so much better. Breakfast area is lovely but could have more of a selection.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The room was very comfortable and felt like home. The shower made me go home and buy a new shower head it felt so good! lol The breakfast was great. We made friends at the Jacuzzi. I appreciated that it was still available even in the cold weather and it was nice and hot! Needless to say, this is going to be our hotel when we visit our son in college. We loved it!

I stay at this location all the time when ever I am in Jacksonville. Its great when we move and pick up my chid from college. Staff is great as are the guest. They even have two resident cats who live in the area. I have stayed here 5 times since May 2012.
Copelands across the street has wonderful food. Try it

We enjoyed staying at the Jacksonville Staybridge Suites once again. We expect to stay there next time we need to travel to Jacksonville.
Overall good value; accommodations are new and fresh.
Like using the elliptical trainer in the fitness room.
(note- the rolling tracks on the elliptical trainer run a bit rough - probably from heavy use - suggest fixing this)
