The staff was very friendly and kind. The room was very comfortable and felt like home. The shower made me go home and buy a new shower head it felt so good! lol The breakfast was great. We made friends at the Jacuzzi. I appreciated that it was still available even in the cold weather and it was nice and hot! Needless to say, this is going to be our hotel when we visit our son in college. We loved it!

I stay at this location all the time when ever I am in Jacksonville. Its great when we move and pick up my chid from college. Staff is great as are the guest. They even have two resident cats who live in the area. I have stayed here 5 times since May 2012.
Copelands across the street has wonderful food. Try it

We enjoyed staying at the Jacksonville Staybridge Suites once again. We expect to stay there next time we need to travel to Jacksonville.
Overall good value; accommodations are new and fresh.
Like using the elliptical trainer in the fitness room.
(note- the rolling tracks on the elliptical trainer run a bit rough - probably from heavy use - suggest fixing this)

Needed a hotel for a pre and post eye surgery stay. After a less than satisfactory experience 2 years ago, I did a lot of searching and was hopeful for this stay. What a wonderful hotel, after this I will look for this chain whenever I need a hotel for any reason. The room was very clean. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect as we had family with us. The am meal was very good. Due to eating restrictions my husband was unable to eat after 6am. The evening before staff assisted me with a few items for him in our room pre surgery. The evening meet and greet had excellent food and a surprise of a decent wine, much appreciated. We did not mingle due to our situation. But I noted many people out in the common area, by the desk or enjoying the patio or pool area to sit and enjoy some great FL winter weather. All the staff I interacted with were great. Top notch all around!

The entire staff is involved in your comfort. Avi and Billy at the front desk were both sociable and knowledgeable. Michelle, the director of sales, personally socialized and served at dinner. Everyone is there to greet you as you come in. My room was clean and very comfortable. I settled right in.

I have stayed in many hotels during my life. This is the best one I have ever stayed in. The staff goes out of their way to assist you in any way they can to make your stay special! . The dinner and breakfast and the coffe is yummy! Any time I can stay in a Staybridge suite I will. The beds are so comfy I slept like a baby!

Well they do not disappoint. Stayed with them for 30 days and once again they treated my like family. The management was superb and staff was fantastic, Met new and interesting people on this stay.Thank you to Staybridge and their incredible staff.

From the quick check-in at the end of a long day's drive to the varied weeknight meals to the fast check-out, everything was first class. The room was quiet and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchenette made meal preps in the room easy...and clean-up a snap with the dishwasher. A perfect hotel for an extended stay...minutes from shopping and restaurants. Just a short drive to downtown and the beaches. My consistent choice for business trips to Jacksonville.

The Staybridge of Jacksonville has to be the most enjoyable of hotels that I have visited. I have been traveling for 25 years and have stayed in many different hotels and hotel chains to be able to make this statement.
From the moment you walk in to check in until the time you check out you will be treated like family. By the entire staff with several staff members( Director of sales for one) that go above and beyond to help make you feel at home. "Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name"
The rooms have always been quite comfortable and clean along with the entire hotel as well.
The location to pretty much whatever you need within walking distance also adds to the appeal of staying here.

As someone who used to do a lot of traveling from my last job. The hotel is well maintained, as I enjoyed the free laundry, pool, hot tube, and business center. The location of this hotel is pretty nice, within walking distance of grocery story (Publix) and many restaurants with in walking distance. I have enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners during my 3 week stay.
Lastly I enjoyed the cookies at night as they was still warm when it was served.

I've stayed at the Staybridge in Jax extensively throughout the past three years. Michelle (the director) and the staff are ABSOLUTELY first rate! Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Social hours during the week in the lounge area are something I look forward to whenever I stay. Lots of conveniences nearby. Restaurants, shopping, theaters, etc. Best place I've ever stayed!!!!!

I have been staying with Staybridge of Jacksonville for the last 5 years. I can honestly say that the staff here is the best I have
ever had the pleasure of being around. They truly make you feel at home. The rooms that you will stay in are incrediably clean along with the hotel itself. The Director of Sales is an incrediable person she makes you feel right at home with her conversations and memory of names. They treat you as if you are part of their family. The social hours they offer has allowed me to meet and become friends with people from all over the country. Thank you to all the managment and staff that made all my stays feel as if I was still home and not on travel.
