Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Typical Staybridge Good location. Flat screen TV's with local cable. Good variety of cable channels and several HBO movie channels. I think every staff member from the front desk people to the house keepers could use some remedial customer service training. They weren't rude but just uninterested in doing anything more than just their job. This would not keep me from staying here again. Over all good hotel. January 31, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious and comfortable We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with our 3 teenagers and had plenty of room to relax and also have fun. We used the pool area and the common space in the entry of the hotel for pizza for 20 of us. The staff was very helpful. The rooms and common spaces were clean and the breakfast was well attended and had a good variety of food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. January 14, 2013

We stay there everytime we can when we visit our daughter at WMU. We love the suites; very roomy, very comfortable bed and what keeps us coming back is how clean and well maintained the rooms and facilities are. The staff is friendly and helpful, good breakfast too! November 11, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very enjoyable I stayed at the Kalamazoo Staybridge Inn 2 nights over an extended weekend. The first night was in a 1 bedroom suite which i shared with my sister and nephew. Upon entering the room I was very impressed. The kitchette was clean and well equipt. Beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Bathroom was very basic, but was clean and suited our needs. Only complaint this first night was the pull out sofa sleeper was not made up and there were no sheets in the room. We called the front desk and they did deliver sheets. My second stay was the same weekend as I passed back through Kalamazoo. I was by myself this time and booked a studio suite which was also very nice, clean and comfortable. A little bit of Hallway noise was heard, but nothing too bad (I was in the hallway which lead to the pool area) Complimentary popcorn was a nice touch for an evening snack. Breakfast in the morning was very good, with and excellent selection of foods. Staff was very helpful and friendly One of the better complimentary breakfast I've had. All in all - very pleased and would definately stay here again if in the area. November 10, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I will be returning. The hotel overall was simply gorgeous inside and out. I though the value was excellent. Unfortunately I only stayed a couple nights, and enjoying sleeping in on those mornings so I didn't get to try out the breakfast supplied, but when checking out it all looked very nice. The courtyard area between the hotel and the pool building was so nice, look forward to returning in months where it's nice to be outside. I have to say although it didn't make much difference to me as a whole, but one of the only downsides (aside from it being difficult to see from the road if you are new to the area) was I happened to have a room with a view looking out to the dumpster, haha, not very scenic, but I wasn't looking outside much anyways, had the curtains closed and was watching the nice tv with all the swivel/pivot capabilities! Very nice! I look forward to returning 1 day Staybridge, hopefully this time I'll experience more and stay longer! Thank you for everything and the very comfortable room and all the wonderful accommodations! October 22, 2012
