Overall experience has been good. Have been staying at that hotel for many years and the service has been well maintained and the rooms are comfortable with farely new TVs. Staff is always willing to help out.

Every time I stay at this hotel I haft to call weeks later to get my rewards points on my account. Why?
Also, with all the vehicle break-in's how come there aren't any security cameras for the parking lot?

staff are up set when checking in need help at front desk
pillos need to replac
carpet smells needs to be replace
restroom in room were not flush bath tub need cleaning,
shower heads need replace
some light were not wroking were later replaced.
cook always have breakfest late and dinner anout 15 min

Price was above usual rates. No long-term discount was given. Higher than other IHG hotels in the area. When I questioned the management about this and tried to negotiate a lower rate for extended stay, management was uncooperative and rude.

facilities, staff were excellent , rooms were very clean . all the comforts of home . was really impressed with the kitchenettes for extended stays. i would highly recommend STAYBRIDGE to everyone.

We have stayed at this facility a couple times on our travels between Mexico and the U.S.. Unfortunately, this time, our vehicle was targeted by criminals, the rear window smashed, and many valuable things stolen. We were dismayed when we realized that there was no securiy cameras or staff to prevent, or even record, this occurrence - so were the police when we filed the report.
On the other hand, the manager of the hotel was incredibly generous in giving us our room for free, which was significant, since our 1 night turned into 4, while we waited to have our car repaired, and had to repurchase many of the things that were lost in the crime. If they would invest something in security, we could recommend the facility highly. As it is, though, we will look for other facilities that provide such security in this border town.
