    Love Staybridge

    I try to stay in Staybrige Suites whenever I travel. Rooms are always clean and Staff always go the extra mile for you. I can't say enough about the staff they are best in any hotel chain I have stayed with. Food is good for hotel and better than average variety. Love having meals at night in hotel when I travel for work. Also like that they do not charge to do laundry and pantry is nice for late night cravings.

    This location was great with a couple of small details that prompted me to write this review.
    I checked in on April 13th, check out April 17th. Upon check in I was not asked nor acknowledged as a Platinum member. I did not receive the option for my bonus points until I referenced that matter upon check out.
    When my room was being cleaned a couple of hours after I checked out I received a phone call that I had let some clothes in a drawer in the room. I was already 2 hours away so I was not able to turn around. The young lady mentioned that my clothes would be sent to my address via postal service on either April 20th or 21st.
    I called this morning to the hotel (April 25th), because I have yet to receive my clothes or a phone call advising me of any updates.
    I was informed, by Nick at the front desk that yes my clothes are still there and did not know why that had not been sent out, but assured me they would be sent out on Monday April 27th.
    I understand we are all not perfect and we all get busy perhaps a simple update as to the status of the shipment would have been nice. We all still have a duty to all our customers especially the loyal ones.
