    Hotel was nice and all staff exceptional!

    The hotel and room was clean and very nice. It was the first time our family has stayed at a Staybridge Suites, but it wont be the last! The included breakfast had plenty of options from child to adult. The best part of the hotel was the staff. Hands down the nicest and most helpful I've dealt with in years. Cleanliness/operation of a room and the morale of the staff are my top 2 concerns when staying at a hotel. The Staybridge Suites Louisville-East met and exceeded these expectations. Thanks everybody for a great stay!

    Good Place but High Priced

    Weal ways stay here every year for the Derby. The carpet was dirty and there was someone's empty water bottle left on the floor. No coffee replacements during the week. Front desk staff was below expectations.

    Service lead by the general manager was excellent. He went out of his way to make our stay a pleasure. From check in to check out he accommodated and acknowledged my platinum status with appropriate accommodations. The staff welcomed me with a smile morning and night. The six night stay was during a very busy period, the Kentucky Derby. I stayed at this property in 2013 for the Derby, and again I was able to use points for the three event nights stay and availed myself of the excellent rate for the earlier three nights.

    Other than the disappointing fitness center. The entire experience was rather delightful. i would surely recommend the Staybridge for a getaway.
