From the time we checked in, the staff was great! The room was clean and comfortable. I usually do not sleep well in hotel beds but these beds were so comfortable from the first minute you laid down. One of the bedrooms was on an outside corner wall and got very chilly at night, otherwise there were no complaints.

there for a swim meet. the previous weekend with no sleep at another hotel (loud, uncomfortable, dirty) but staybridge so clean, quiet, stylish, comfortable. had the best stay ever!

We were in town for a swimming event which had early morning starting times, and the staff got the hot breakfast around earlier than usual just so that the swimmers could eat before they had to leave. There was a very big selection of breakfast items to choose from, and enough seating and dishes to feed a large crowd. Rooms were big and clean. This is a very nice and friendly Staybridge, we will definitely be coming back when in the Toledo area.

Only 1 staff member on duty on a Friday night and she was overwhelmed. We were informed that the stay would be 10,000 points. The business centre computer kept booting me out of the Priority Club website since I wasn't able to call the 1-800 # from anywhere in the hotel. As a Platinum member I wasn't accomodated properly.
The supposedly upgraded room had badly stained carpets, the pulout couch needed a new matress since the existing one sagged badly. The power cord from the television in the bedroom was missing, so no television available.
Finally, after complaining about the assorted problems we did get to move to another room with two bedrooms.
The entire ordeal from entering the hotel until we relocated to another room was approximately one hour.
Other than the outdoor mall located immediately next to this location, there wasn't anything available for gas, shopping or even a grocery store.

I brought 49 high school students and chaperones for an event nearby, and we were all pleased with the quality of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and that was important to the kids. They were full and ready for a long day at the conference. The service was helpful and friendly, allowed us to eat pizza as a group around 12 midnight in the great room. The rooms were wonderful!! Seriously, large enough for 4 teens to stay per room and not be crowded. Very clean and very quiet. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We took a group of students there and there were actually a lot of students staying in the hotel. I never heard a peep all weekend long. The rooms were very clean, updated, and homey. The lobby was very cozy. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very nice. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. We enjoyed it tremendously.

It is so much more like home with the separate kitchen and living area. Bed was comfortable and separate toilet and shower gives extra privacy. Staff was great at all levels. Dining area was very clean and well organized. Wolfgang Puck coffee was delicious.

Love this place! Very nice people! I will be back:) My grandchildren came to visit me and I wanted to take them somewhere to swim. I loved being able to take them to shop go to the movies and take them to see the fish and ducks
. This time the pond was frozen but we will be back to feed them in the summer!

Very quiet, great bed. Studio layout was great for getting work done while watching TV. Great service. I stay there whenever I'm in the area.

This was my first stay at a Staybridge Suites. Even though I was staying only 1 night the staff made me feel very welcomed. The one Bedroom suite was very comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast went beyond my expectations. I will definately being staying again when in the area. I highly recommend this place. You won't be dissapointed.!

Overall I really like this hotel. it is clean, pretty and nicely priced. The only complaint I have is your pillows. I hate how small they are . Why do hotels think they are chic or even comfortable? I will be bringing my own from now on.

We stayed in a 2 BR suite and it was large, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were like clouds--so soft! The only problem we had was with our bathroom being so cold, it spread out into our bedroom and we woke up freezing the 2nd night. The staff couldn't fix it themselves, but found us space heaters that made the 3rd night much more comfortable (and gave us a discount for our trouble). The breakfast is also excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We drive in from just over an hour away. Our stays have always been around 36 hours and they feel like three days! Our visits are tied to the Toledo Zoo. Close to great restaurants, love the breakfast, large room size for the three of us and the pool is always clean and relaxing. Highly recommend this property.

The staff put us in a 2 bedroom suite, we did not order that, we just needed a one bedroom suite. I asked to move as there were very few people there at the time. When I went to take covers off of the bed, both the sheets and covers had short straight hairs like a dogs perhaps, then there were long black hairs.
I know that there was a large dog in the suite before us, as there was a notice on the phone that the maid was afraid of going into clean the suite, therefore I believe it was not cleaned.
I have written a letter to corporate and demand some action.

Very helpful staff and really clean room. The breakfast was good, considering it was free. Plenty to nibble on and beverage choices were fine. We stayed in the studio suite king and it was really nice, very clean. We will be back!

I stay in hotels 30+ nights annually. Staybridge is my preferred brand and I have stayed at numerous properties throughout the country. I am a frequent visitor to the Maumee/Toledo area, and always stay at this hotel. It is my favorite Staybridge and favorite hotel, period. It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable; the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful; and most important they have a very strict code of conduct regarding guest behavior. I have stayed in several hotels where guests were partying all night long, resulting in a most unpleasant time for those guests who wanted to relax and sleep. In those instances, hotel management and/or security did nothing to silence the partiers. That is not the case at this Staybridge, and I applaud management for taking a stand on to ensure EVERYONE has a pleasant stay. Keep up the good work!

This is the first time I have stayed t this hotel and overall it was great. Walls are a little thin... listened to the people next door snore.. was a bit annoying but I could not sleep anway. Evening social was great.. food was super. Breakfast was awesome. Nice shopping next door and super restaraunts. I will start staying here when I come to the Toledo Maumee aere in the future.

Stayed two nights (Saturday & Sunday) at the Maumee Staybridge. We thought the room was great until we found that the bathroom door was squeaky. Requested a little oil maintenance and was told they would take care of it....to no avail. We left on Monday morning with the door still squeaking. Also found that there is no "light housekeeping" on Sunday...that meant that the wet towels were laying around from Saturday night until we left on Monday morning. Also no garbage pickup. We were in town for a funeral and that mean that we had family members stopping in to socialize...not very pleasant if they needed to use the bathroom. For the price, we think someone could come in to do light housekeeping on Sunday...We didn't get a reduced rate for Sunday! I would recommend this property if you are staying during the week!

Without question, this was overall the nicest stay I have ever had in a hotel. Great proximity to shopping and great places to eat, very nice atmosphere within the hotel, staff was great and prompt with everything and the suite decor and setup was phenomenal. Breakfast and the pool and spa were a great addition. I will definitely stay again!

We had our first women's retreat. Everyone was asked to evaluate not just the retreat, but the hotel as well. Rave reviews. Everyone expressed they wanted to go back again and that they had preferred two nights or more because of the atmosphere (quiet, peaceful area, very clean and spacious rooms), yet close to shopping. Entire staff was very cordial. Highly Recommended!
