There are several reasons why this location was AWESOME: (1) Extremely clean, (2) Great and accomodating staff, (3) Convenient location (several restaurants within walking distance), (4) great "pantry", catered happy hours, and 24-hour coffee! We had to stay in McLean for a family funeral and relied on the staff to help us through a very difficult time. Staying there truly meant "no worries". The front desk staff bent over backwards to help us with unplanned extra nights and were simply the most caring individuals possible. Thank you all so much!!!

You should consider installing ceiling fans in you back courtyard under the gazebos.

Great stay. Need ceiling fans outside in the gazebos by the pool. That is the only recomendation. Everything else is awesome!!

We always got a VIP treatment. All staff are great, kind and make you feel special. Feel like home. I am waiting to go back. Location is fabulous, everything is walking distance.

I visit the DC, Arlington area very frequently and I have stayed in many, many hotels (various brands - and, in DC, Arlington, Alexandria, etc.) Many are nice, of course, but this has become my hotel of choice. In fact, I just book here now and don't even look elsewhere.
All of the employees here are very professional and customer focused - helpful and friendly. All starts at the front desk on arrival, always helpful and always prepared. If you have a reservation, they are noticeable prepared for you before you when you arrive.
Rooms are very, very spacious and housekeeping is consistently excellent.
I've stayed here often enought to meet some of the management team. They're great too, and definitely take great pride of their place. And, they should.

Bed is excellent but pillows are too small. Also as a suggestion, you might want to install ceiling fans in the gazebos in the back courtyard.

Really, really quiet. Nice place, very well maintained, great location. Like the homeyness of the rooms and the lobby. I've stayed here several times and it's very comfortable every time. I appreciated how quiet it was so I could work and sleep. I'd recommend for any business traveler or family.

My 2 year old and I had to leave our house due to home renovations and made the last minute decision to stay here. We had a great visit. The hotel is wonderful. We were able to make it there in time for some snacks and a drink from the evening reception before we headed upstairs to our room. The room was wonderful, very clean, comfortable and perfect - with the separate living room and bedroom! I was amazed at how quiet the guest floors were. We never heard any noise and slept very well , as the bed was quite comfortable! The staff were so friendly too !Thank you for such a nice evening away from home!

I have stayed at this Staybridge numerous times, and they are always friendly and supportive. It is the most comfortable hotel because everybody there is very supportive to the guest. They are great! And the rooms are very supportive and comfortable to stay in.

Suite was spacious, clean, well equiped and comfortable. Breakfast was a step above offering made to order omelets. Fireplace going all the time added to cozy atmosphere. Shuttle bus to and from destination a big plus expecially when snow arrived. This was our second visit and for sure would love to returen.

staff behind check out counter were nice with the exception of one guy(had a limp) he was beyond rude.worst experience I've ever had with a receptionist-he doesn't deserve to have a job at hotel or any hospitality opportunity.he was horrible and made several guests feel horrible because of his demeanor.

The staff at the McLean Staybridge were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful and accommodating--including providing a shuttle roundtrip to our family's home for 10 of us! Thanks Muhammad and the rest of the great staff! I love the home like atmosphere as well as the great breakfast and social evenings three nights a week. We highly recommend the Staybridge!

When i was looking for a hotel in the Washington area your hotel had some of the best reveiws so i chose it. I was very suprised at the cost of our stay during the christmas week (discount for booking in advance). When we arrived the front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and much larger than we expected fully equipped kitchen area. One of the biggest suprises was the fact they offered free shuttles to the metro so we could visit DC without having to drive there. Another great perk was the social dinners (free) we met some wonderful people from around the globe, and the breakfast was also very good love the little "on the go bags" they offered we took some fruit with us for our day trip saved us alot of money on lunch in the museums. Overall I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Virginia, Dc area. Thank you for all your hospitality way above our expectations.

My stay at this hotel is always a pleasure. The staff treat me like family- always a smile and willing to go the extra mile. Love the meals offered each morning and evening- very convenient and good! Mohamed is very accommodating concerning my shuttle needs. Front desk staff are very helpful.

Greatly appreciate clerk, Sean, with whom several family members in different states needed to talk multiple times as our needs changed even before arrival. Rooms were as promised all on same floor and serving our different needs very well. Breakfast was excellent. Drinks on arrival were nice touch welcome. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. All staff were very pleasant and glad to help as needed.

Staybridge Suites is our accommodation of choice across the country and beyond, and it began with the McLean location. Service is exemplary, as is comfort and convenicence. We like this location because of its convenice to excellent restaurants, shopping and access to Washington, DC. Food served at breakfast is good and abundant, and the mid-week evening snacks are enough for any hungry traveller.

We have stayed here 4 different times over the years and have noticed that the hotel could use some freshening up with paint, etc.
We were upgraded to a room which handicapped people could use. The sink in the bathroom had a huge crack under the bowl. We love to stay there because the staff is great and the location is perfect for our needs, but based on the rate that we are paying, there could be some updating of rooms, hallways, etc.
I do not want this review posted. I think the staff at the hotel should see this and it is not meant as a criticism, but as offering some constructive comments. Thank you.

I had never heard of Staybridge Suites before we stayed here. Our experience here will spoil it for all future hotels...! I got their name off internet and what "sold me" was the friendly worker I talked with at the 800 number to book this property in McClean, Va. and the Free Shuttle Service within 5 miles of hotel. All the workers at this property were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast bar was superior to any other. If you are travelling, and there happens to be a Staybridge Suites, they are the way to go...Other hotels should come visit them to learn how to run theirs...
