    Great staff, dated furnishings

    The decor and furnishing are quite dated in appearance, but the staff were very friendly, and room was pretty clean. They should avoid having the thermostat in the room set at 60 deg. F though. It was downright freezing when we first entered the room. This can't be very energy efficient as well. Limited electrical outlets, and what they had were not conveniently located.

It is definitely more energy efficient to not leave a thermostat so low as well as having a guest freezing as soon as one walks into the room. For this, I deeply apologize.     the upstairs lobby and room smelled like mill dew. the sofa was cleaned so many times, it should be replaced.
    The food was fair, try cooking some of the omlets with out cheese.
    This hotel was maybe a good value in it's day but not now. I needs some of my money refunded

    We chose Staybridge because we were coming to Le Bonheur hospital for family to have surgery. We wanted a place that was as close to "home" as possible. They meet and exceeded our expectations. Suites. Full Kitchen. Hot breakfast. Happy Hour. Dog friendly. Secure. The staff was awesome. Shout out to Hayes, Lois, Nick, Ashlyne! We became a part of the "family".

    Very friendly and helpful staff!! They called our room to make sure we had everything we needed twice!! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. Love Staybridge:-)
