Great staff, good food, reliable internet and TV, clean and well decorated rooms and friendly staff. I especially like the social events during the week as having dinner already prepared when I return to the hotel is very convenient. This is a great hotel! December 16, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Limited Airport Transportation I had booked this reservation as I was told by front desk staff that they had airport transportation. I wasn't told the limitation of the hours. I had a 5:30 am flight - and the shuttle doesn't run until 6:30 am. Just beware before you book if you have this in mind. November 24, 2014

I am not surprised, however, just because of the good impression I had of everyone on staff that I dealt with at this hotel. I look forward to returning! Also, I love the unique collection of restaurants that are within walking distance (2-3 blocks, I believe). November 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Our Visit to Madison We have stayed at the Staybridge before and were very happy. This time it was much more expensive, and the suite was smaller. The place is clean, the staff helpful and friendly, but there were some drawbacks. Saturday morning the breakfast was just fine, but on Sunday morning the breakfast was not very good, and there was no coffee out until after 6:30! The suite was what we asked for, except it was a "handicapped" suite and the bathroom was very difficult. No place to put our things, and water all over the floor from the shower. The fold out couch took up a lot of space and wouldn't close when sheets were on it. We will probably go back to that location because it's close to family and we like Middleton a lot.
