Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from home, very nice Dave, Nicole, Gabe and Brian, did everything possible to make me feel like my stay at their wonderful hotel was their only goal in life. The details and surprises they attended to were numerous. Some freezing, snowy mornings, I would find 'someone', Dave had cleaned off my windows, what a blessing those days were. Brian, you went out of your way to make great food, and wonderful surprises as well, thank you. Gabe, you are a manager that takes care of the guest and your staff as well; it did not go unnoticed; and Nicole, thank you for your extra touch and making me feel at home. All of the little personal touches that each member of the staff from housekeeping to front desk to maintenance, and management are geared to making each guest feel special. The rooms are very comfortable, the evening meals were delightful and the friendly smiles of all that greeted us, truly made me feel comfortable. The bed was way comfortable, and anytime I needed anything, it appeared very quickly; anytime I needed assistance with anything, someone, usually Gabe you said, "I'll get that for you." Dave you went above and beyond so many times, thank you. Yes, I will miss the cheerful, Good Morning from Marelle, sorry if I misspelled it. Yes, I will be back for fun next time. Thank you all. We came to check out MSU and had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The suites were very roomy and clean. Loved the food, hot breakfast everyday, and always something different. But when we discovered we would have complimentary dinner part of the week also, it made our stay more affordable, and definitely made it worth staying here. Will definitely stay here again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by OUTSTANDING!! What a wonderful place to stay. When I called to book my room I spoke with Nicole in sales. She was so friendly and helpful. Upon check-in I was greeted with a smile. The front desk girl actually looked like she enjoyed her job. She greeted me as a priority club member and had me spin the wheel. I WON a 100 grand( candy bar)! After the excitement of winning I went to my room. WOW! You can tell the housekeeping department really takes pride in what they do. There wasn’t one thing wrong. It was so clean and wonderful, it felt like I was in my own home. I got the pleasure of staying during a social night. Homemade pizza was on the menu. The kitchen staff was so attentive they made conversation with everyone there. It felt like one big family. Even when I checked out the great experience just kept going. It had snowed the night before, the maintenance department and the GM Dave where outside shoveling the sidewalks they where even getting the snow off the windshields of cars. You can tell that they take great pride in this hotel and safety and security of all guests is high on their list. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else in Minot to stay and would recommend this hotel hands down!! January 9, 2013
