Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My Second Home I call this hotel my second home because I stay here whenever I am in the area. The staff here are awesome and they make you feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the hotel is very close to some awesome night life, good restaurants, etc... and I always feel very safe here !! I only wish they would put a bench out front for us smokers. I highly reccommend this hotel if you are staying in the Monterrey area, you will not be disappointed... February 13, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good for long stay, but.. Guest room is always roomy and enough space to rest. Well lit bathroom and grooming stand. Kitchnette is well equipped and big fridge. Two big TV (mostly local TV) and free WiFi (speed still slow). Cons; No variation for breakfast, and no opportunity to get sundowners reception for business people (except party animals) Ground floor outside room was sound scarly which windows directly faces on parking lots. Always keep curtain closed. Overall, I have never have troubled in this hotel. It was safe here. November 26, 2012
