Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Clean & Comfortable My stay began 4/21/2013 and checking in was so easy. The reservation process was easy as well. The one thing I noticed the most during my stay was the exceptional cleanliness of the entire place, not just my room but the building and grounds were maintained as well. The staff was wonderful and friendly and when I requested an extra blanket it was not a problem and was sent up right away. I enjoyed the morning meals as there were many options to choose from not just cereal and donuts and the afternoon dinners were also enjoyable. I utilized the business area and laundry facilities and all were exceptional. I highly recommend staying here and the price was very affordable especially with all the extras. May 3, 2013

I travel across North Carolina and this is one of the best hotels. The staff make you feel welcome from the minute you walk in the door. The rooms are clean, the staff is pleasant, and the amenities are exactly what you would expect from an extended stay hotel. I've had nothing but good experiences with the Staff, particularly with Juan, Samir, and Joe. Joe and his staff are always making improvements and are clearly dedicated to making this a great place to stay. April 1, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Better Customer Service I am a frequent guest,i stay at the hotel twice a week Monday & Thursday.I have been staying at that hotel for almost eight months and never had any problems until recently.As i stated before the days i come between the hours of 1pm and 3pm for check-in.The problem i have is with the new front desk clerk Samir,for the past three weeks everytime i check-in.I am standing around waiting 5 to 10 minutes waiting for him to find me a clean room,and other guest come and check-in ahead of me.I don't feel like i'm being treated like a guest anymore,because of frequency of my stays.I hope to get this situtation rectified,or i will have to take my business elsewhere.One other i have yet to be recognized as a Priority Club Platinum member when i check-in. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent value, cleanliness and spaciousness I needed a suite that could handle 2 adults, 4 children, and a 65-lb dog and what I got was enough to blow away a seasoned hotel goer. We ended up with a fantastic amount of space for our family to spread out and wind down. The staff was very kind and listened to our needs. December 8, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service and communications My wife and I live abot an hour drive from the airport and had an early morning flight. We planned to stay at the Staybridge because of their convenience to the airport and shuttle service, both leaving and returning from our trip. The first problem with Staybridge occurred the morning we were to leave. The night before we were to leave on vacation we requested a breakfast to go. The next morning we were handed a muffin and orange juice. When I asked for a bag, I was told there were no bags or other breakfast items because no one had left instructions to fix a breakfast to go. Several days later, on our return to RDU at 9:45 PM, we called for the shuttle and was told by the person at the front desk that the shuttle had left for the night and was not available. When I asked why, I was told no one had left instructions that a shuttle service was needed that evening. I had to call a taxi. An additional cost of our stay. It seems like communications is the excuse for poor service. November 2, 2012
